Warm-up jackets and track jackets

The full-zip warm-up gets worn at every game, on the bus and in the team photo. Ours run in soccer, rugby, ice hockey, lacrosse, volleyball, esports, flag football and wrestling, plus a basketball shooter jacket that pairs with the snap-away pant. Polyester tricot, a smooth knit in the 100–200 gsm range, is the usual warm-up fabric and takes embroidery and transfers cleanly. Ask for another face from the fabric library if your customer wants one.

Contrast panels across the shoulder, piping down the sleeve and raglan color blocking are pattern choices, not extras, so name them on the brief and the sample arrives built that way. Wrestling also has a quarter-zip warm-up that pulls off fast when a bout is called.

Wind and rain jackets

Lightweight full-zip shells cover basketball, football sidelines, flag football, lacrosse and softball, and baseball has a half-zip wind pullover for travel days and warm-ups. Shells are typically made in light wovens such as taffeta, microfiber or ripstop, so they pack into a gear bag without the bulk of fleece.

Rugby and soccer add hooded rain shells for touchline weather. Be careful how your customers describe a wind shell: it blocks wind, it is not a waterproof jacket, and its seams are not taped. If a buyer needs a true rain rating, say so on the enquiry and we quote the fabric and seam build for it.

Bench coats, dugout jackets and parkas

Long jackets are cut to cover a seated player. The baseball dugout jacket and the soccer bench coat are long hooded full-zips for substitutes and coaches, the softball bench jacket is a long full-zip without a hood, and the ice hockey winter parka is a hooded full-zip for the walk from the parking lot to the rink.

These are cold-weather layers, not sealed waterproof shells, so pair them with a rain jacket for wet climates. On padded jackets the embroidery goes through the outer shell only, and very dense designs can pucker the padding, so we keep stitch counts moderate and tell you before we sample if your art is too heavy.

Bomber and satin jackets

Basketball has a satin bomber with a snap front and striped rib collar, cuffs and waistband. Ice hockey and esports carry the same snap-front bomber shape with the rib stripes in team colors. These styles are quote-only for now: send quantity, colors and lining preference and we price the blank and decoration together.

Satin is a woven polyester or nylon in the 100–180 gsm range, and it suits traditional decoration: a large back script, a chest name, and chenille or embroidered patches. If you finish jackets in your own shop, our embroidered and chenille patches are also sold on their own from 12 pieces.

How resellers order custom team jackets

Each jacket style starts at 12 pieces in any size mix, and each colorway counts as its own style. A dealer adding jackets to a uniform order can run 12 warm-up jackets and 12 matching pants as two styles, then reorder either one later with no minimum.

Production takes about 2 weeks after you approve the proof, and freight by Express Air, Cargo Air or Sea is quoted separately. Outerwear is bulky, so ask for both an air and a sea quote on larger jacket orders before you price your customer.
