Blank hoodies wholesale for 12 sports, made to order from 12 pieces per style: pullover and full-zip hoodies with a contrast-lined hood, crew-neck sweatshirts, joggers and sweatpants. Most styles run in 280 gsm French terry or 380 gsm brushed fleece. Nothing is pulled from stock, so the body, hood lining and stripe colors are yours to choose, and decoration is quoted on your artwork.

Pullover hoodies

Every one of our 12 sports has a pullover hoodie, a staple of team stores and parent orders. The hood is lined in a second color and the cuffs and hem are ribbed. Because each sport keeps its own hoodie, a dealer can list a baseball hoodie and a volleyball hoodie side by side, each with its own color story and code.

Full-zip hoodies

The full-zip hoodie adds side panels cut in the team's second color and goes on and off easily over a base layer, a pinnie or a game jersey. Zippers are a trim choice: coil, molded or metal teeth, with tape and teeth matched to your PMS color. Branded zipper pulls follow the same 12-piece minimum as the garment.

Crew sweatshirts

Crew-neck team sweatshirts sit in the baseball, basketball, soccer, softball and wrestling lines. With no hood or zipper in the way, the chest and back are the cleanest canvas we sell for a large screen print, which makes the crew a natural pick for fan-store and weigh-in orders. It also costs less per piece than the hoodies.

Joggers and wholesale sweatpants

Tapered joggers with a drawcord waist and a side stripe match the hoodies in most sports, and football, lacrosse and volleyball also carry drawcord sweatpants with room on the leg for a player number. Sold as wholesale sweatpants alongside the top, they turn one hoodie order into a full travel set.

The hoodie and the jogger are separate styles, so each needs 12 pieces on a new order. Reorders of either one have no minimum, which suits a team store that sells out of one size mid-season.

Fleece weights: French terry or brushed fleece

The 280 gsm French terry, 80% cotton and 20% polyester, has a looped back and suits indoor sports and mild climates. The 380 gsm brushed fleece, 65% cotton and 35% polyester, has a raised soft inner face and is the winter weight for rinks, early-season baseball and outdoor travel.

Two honest caveats to pass on. Cotton-rich fleece cannot be sublimated, so an all-over printed hoodie needs a polyester fleece quoted separately. And cotton-rich fleece shrinks slightly in a hot dryer, so the care label should say wash cool and tumble low.

Custom team hoodies: decoration options

Embroidery gives the cleanest left-chest crest on fleece and outlasts any print. Screen print handles large back prints in spot colors, though very fine detail softens slightly on a brushed face. DTF transfers suit detailed multi-color art on small runs, and brushed fleece has enough body for tackle twill lettering without much puckering.

What fabric are your blank hoodies made from?

Most hoodies run in 280 gsm French terry (80% cotton, 20% polyester) or 380 gsm brushed fleece (65% cotton, 35% polyester). French terry is the lighter mild-weather option and brushed fleece is the warmer winter weight. Other weights and polyester fleece are available on request.

Can a team hoodie be sublimated?

Not in cotton-rich fleece, because sublimation dye only bonds to polyester. If your customer wants an all-over printed hoodie, we make it in a polyester fleece and quote it separately. Embroidery, screen print, DTF and tackle twill all work on the cotton-rich fabrics.

Will the hoodies shrink after washing?

Cotton-rich fleece can shrink slightly if it is tumble dried hot. We recommend a wash-cool, tumble-low instruction on the care label, and your customers should order their usual size rather than sizing up.

Can I match the hood lining and stripes to the team colors?

Yes. The hood lining, the full-zip side panels and the jogger stripe are cut in the second team color you choose. Zipper tape and teeth can be matched to your PMS color, and each colorway counts as its own style for the 12-piece minimum.

Do you sell a hoodie and jogger set?

Most sports carry a jogger cut to pair with the hoodie, in the same fabric family and team colors. They are ordered as two styles, so each starts at 12 pieces, and either one can be reordered later with no minimum.
