Use this jersey size chart page to build a size run for any style in the catalog. The charts are body measurements, not garment measurements, and the same blocks apply across all 12 sports. Below them, each sport has notes on fit and which chart to use. List your quantity per size for each style when you order.

Worth knowing: charts follow US sizing. Buyers in the UK and Europe often size down one compared with local brands, so check chest measurements rather than letter sizes. Each product page lists that style's own size range, which can run wider than the core sizes shown here.
Youth
Youth size chart, YXS to YXL
Youth styles are cut on their own patterns, not scaled down from adult, so plackets, necklines and sleeve lengths stay in proportion. The age guide is a starting point only; chest measurement decides the size.

01Baseball jersey size chart
Button-up, two-button, V-neck and crew-neck baseball jerseys are cut from 140–160 gsm micro-polyester interlock and sized on the adult tops chart. Youth jerseys have their own pattern, so the placket stays in proportion on a small player. Size full-length and knicker pants by waist and hip on the adult bottoms chart, not by the jersey size. 02Softball jersey size chart
Softball game jerseys share the 140–160 gsm interlock of our baseball range and use the adult tops chart, with youth and adult on separate patterns. Pants and knickers go by waist and hip on the bottoms chart. Sleeveless and racerback styles fit closer at the shoulder, so check chest rather than letter size. See all wholesale softball jerseys.
03Basketball jersey size chart
Basketball uniforms come on men's and women's blocks in 130–150 gsm polyester micromesh or bird-eye. On reversible uniforms the jersey and short are graded separately, so one player can take a medium top and a large short. 04Volleyball jersey size chart
Volleyball jerseys are 180–200 gsm poly-spandex on women's and men's blocks, with youth on its own pattern. The stretch fabric is cut to fit close, so size women's players by bust and hip on the women's block chart. 05Soccer jersey size chart
Soccer jerseys come in slim and standard fits on 135–150 gsm bird-eye or interlock, plus a women's block and a separate youth pattern. Use the adult tops chart for standard fit; on the slim fit a player between two sizes usually takes the larger one. Match shorts follow the bottoms chart by waist. See all blank soccer jerseys.
06Rugby jersey size chart
Rugby jerseys use 280–320 gsm tight-weave polyester or poly-cotton, a heavy fabric with little stretch, so chest measurement matters more here than on a knit jersey. Size on the adult tops chart and expect a firm fit across the shoulders on forwards. Collared and crew-neck styles share the same body measurements. See all rugby jerseys.
07Football jersey size chart
Football game uniforms are cut on adult patterns with youth on separate patterns. A game jersey is worn over shoulder pads, so ask your customer whether players size to the body or to the pads before you build the size run, and note it on the order. 08Flag football jersey size chart
Flag football jerseys run from 5U to adult on 140 gsm polyester, with youth and adult on their own patterns. Use the youth chart for most league and camp rosters and the adult tops chart for high school and adult players. Belt-friendly shorts follow the same youth and adult split. 09Hockey jersey size chart
Hockey jerseys are 220–260 gsm air-knit polyester on youth, junior and senior blocks, with a separate goalie cut. Hockey sizes do not map one to one onto the letter sizes in our charts, because the jersey is cut to fit over full equipment. 10Lacrosse jersey size chart
Men's lacrosse jerseys and pinnies are graded to fit over pads, with youth on its own pattern, and pinnies are 150 gsm polyester mesh. Women's uniforms use the women's block, and the kilt is sized by hip. Use the adult tops chart for men's rosters and the women's block chart for women's rosters. See all lacrosse uniforms.
11Wrestling singlet size chart
Wrestling singlets are 220–240 gsm poly-spandex on youth, junior and senior blocks and fit skin-tight, so letter sizes from everyday clothing are a poor guide. Size each wrestler by chest, waist and hip from the charts above. Compression shirts and fight shorts follow the adult tops and bottoms charts. See all wrestling singlets.
12Esports jersey size chart
Esports jerseys are 160–180 gsm matte polyester, cut as a regular-fit shirt rather than a compression top, in XS to 4XL. Size on the adult tops chart by chest. Long-sleeve and short-sleeve player jerseys share one body block, so a roster can mix them without size differences. See all esports jerseys.
Measuring
How to measure for a jersey size chart

Chest
Around the fullest part of the chest, under the arms, tape level and snug but not tight.

Waist
Around the natural waist, just above the hip bone, where shorts and pants actually sit.

Hip
Around the widest part of the seat with feet together. Use it for women's and compression bottoms.

Inseam
From the crotch seam to the hem on a pair that fits well. Shorts inseams can be set per order.

Sizes and fits outside the chart
The charts cover our standard blocks. If your brand has its own fit, a tall or plus range, or a size the chart does not list, we grade a pattern to your measurements. See custom sizing and grading for how it works, or fill in the size spec sheet from our teamwear templates with garment measurements and the tolerance you accept.
