Standard timing is roughly 3 weeks total from approved mockup to your door — about 2 weeks of production and 4–7 days of tracked express shipping. Rush production is available on request when you have a hard deadline.

Every piece includes full dye-sublimation print, custom cut & sew, names, numbers, team logo, private labeling, and free tracked worldwide shipping. There are no hidden setup fees, no design fees, and no per-color charges.

Pricing brackets are 1–20 / 21–50 / 51–100 / 101–200 / 201–500 / 501–1,000 pieces. The more pieces in a single order, the lower the per-piece cost. Orders above 1,000 pieces receive a custom volume quote.

We accept Credit/Debit Card, Wire Transfer, Western Union, MoneyGram, Remitly. Standard terms are 50% deposit to start production and 50% on completion before shipping.

Yes. Order a single sample at the tier-1 piece rate — we sublimate your logo, names, and numbers exactly as the bulk order would run. Sample fee credits toward your final invoice when the bulk order is placed.

Yes — every quote includes a free full-color mockup within 12 hours. Unlimited revisions until you approve. We never charge for design work.

Three primary methods: full dye-sublimation (best for jerseys and shorts on 100% polyester), tackle twill and embroidery (best for varsity names/numbers and crests), and screen printing (used selectively on flat panel areas). Each product page lists the recommended method for that fabric.

Yes — we color-match using Pantone references on 100% polyester fabric. On cotton-poly blends (hoodies, fleece outerwear), sublimated colors come out slightly softer than on pure polyester; in those cases we recommend embroidery for sharper logo reproduction.

Yes. Standard sizing is Men's XS–4XL, Women's XS–2XL, Youth XS–XL. Custom-cut sizes (tall, athletic-fit, specific roster measurements) ship in the same production batch — note them in your quote and we'll size each piece to player.

Sublimation dye bonds permanently into 100% polyester fibers — tested to 50+ wash cycles without fade, crack, or peel. Because the dye is in the fabric (not on top of it), there's nothing to flake off in a dryer.

Yes — free tracked express shipping is included on every order, every country we ship to, with no order-size threshold. The cost is built into our factory-direct pricing. Customs duties (where applicable) are the buyer's responsibility.

Custom-made garments are non-returnable except for defects (manufacturing fault, wrong size shipped vs. roster, decoration error). We replace or credit at our expense within 14 days of delivery. Sizing exchanges aren't supported on custom-cut sizes — confirm measurements before approval.

Yes. Once production is complete and your order ships, you receive a tracking number by email. Most international shipments are visible end-to-end with delivery in 4–7 business days from dispatch.
