Wholesale teamwear FAQ for trade buyers

Businesses that resell teamwear: distributors, decorators and screen printers, team dealers, private-label brands, promotional products companies and retailers. We do not sell direct to clubs, teams, schools or players. If one contacts us, we point them to a dealer or decorator.

12 pieces per style on a new order, split across any sizes you like. A style is one garment in one design and one colorway, so the same jersey in navy and in red counts as two styles of 12 each.

It counts the unit the style is sold in. Uniform sets count by the set, so 12 jersey-and-short sets meet the minimum. Socks and knee pads count by the pair, so the minimum is 12 pairs per style. Everything else counts by the piece, and the unit is printed next to every price in the catalog.

Yes. Any mix of sizes, youth and adult included, counts toward the same 12 pieces and the same price tier. List the quantity per size for each style when you send the order.

No. Once we have made a design for you and the artwork is approved and on file, you can reorder any quantity, even a single piece. Reorders under 12 pieces are billed at the 12–50 price. Quote your previous order number so we pull the right artwork and color standards.

Treat it as a reorder. Send the original order number with the player name, number and size, and we make the extra piece or set from the approved artwork on file. A single piece is fine and is billed at the 12–50 price.

Each style is priced on its own quantity in five tiers: 12–50, 51–100, 101–250, 251–500 and 501+. Mixing sizes inside a style does not change the tier. Different styles in one order are tiered separately.

No. Catalog prices are for the blank or color-blocked garment. Sublimation, screen printing, high-density print, DTF, heat-transfer stickers, embroidery, chenille, tackle twill and appliqué are each quoted per design, because the cost depends on artwork size, colors and placement. Tell us which methods you are weighing and we price each option.

Blank means the garment without decoration, cut and sewn to order in your colors from 12 pieces per style. We do not keep finished stock, so every blank is made for your order. Color-blocking, piping and stripes that belong to the style are included in the blank price.

50% deposit to start production, 50% on completion before dispatch. We accept international wire transfer or letter of credit (l/c). We do not take card payments.

US dollars, per unit, Ex-Factory. Your confirmed quote and invoice set the exact price for each order, decoration included.

We always send a proof for your approval before bulk production, covering the design, colors, sizes and decoration. For embroidery the proof is a stitch-out of your logo. Production starts only after you approve it and the deposit is paid.

Yes. We make one sample of the style at its 12–50 price, plus the decoration you choose. When you place the bulk order, the sample cost is credited back on the bulk invoice.

Yes. Swatch books let you feel the fabrics and color books show the shades on offer, so you can choose both before you pay for a sample. Ask for them through the enquiry form with the sports and garments you plan to sell.

About 2 weeks after you approve the proof, for most orders. Rush slots depend on what is already on the factory floor, so tell us your in-hand date when you order. Shipping time depends on the method you choose and is quoted separately.

Usually. Send the garment or a tech pack with measurements, fabric and trims. We grade a pattern from it and confirm anything we cannot match exactly, such as a branded fabric, before the sample.

Every order gets a final inspection to AQL 2.5, with major defects at 2.5 and minor defects at 4.0. Pieces are measured against the size spec and checked for print, stitching and color. You are welcome to send your own inspector or a third-party inspection company.

Yes. Our name does not appear on the product or packaging. We fit your woven or printed neck labels, hang tags, size stickers and poly bags with your barcodes.

Yes. We cut and sew to your colors and size run and ship without decoration, with any color-blocking, piping or stripes already sewn in. Tell us whether your shop runs screen print, embroidery, DTF or heat press and we confirm the fabric suits it.

Yes. We can blind ship to your customer in your packaging, with no Empire Five name on the goods. Give us the delivery address and the packing instructions with the order.

Most styles come in adult and youth, and many game styles also have a women's block. Youth is cut on its own pattern rather than scaled down from adult. The exact range is on each product page, and we can grade sizes outside it from your measurements.

Yes. We work from 180 to 400 gsm across poly/cotton, cotton/spandex and poly/spandex blends, plus 100% polyester knits. Knitting and dyeing are done by our partner mills, so a new fabric starts with research: send the weight, composition, hand feel and color, or a reference swatch, and we come back with options before sampling. Branded trims such as zipper pullers, drawcord tips and buttons follow the same 12-piece minimum as the garments.

Yes. Our mutual NDA is on the site to print and sign, and your own NDA is fine too. Designs, artwork and patterns made for you belong to you and are not shown to other customers.

Sublimation for full-color designs on polyester game wear. Screen printing for one or two color logos on cotton and fleece. Embroidery or tackle twill for a stitched, traditional look, and heat transfer or DTF for names and numbers on short runs. We flag it if a method does not suit the fabric.

Yes. Send a roster with the name, number and size for each player, and we decorate and bag every piece to its line. Personalization is quoted with the rest of the decoration.

Yes. Embroidered patches, chenille patches and DTF transfers are sold on their own, from 12 pieces per design. They are quoted per design, and we send a proof for your approval before production.

No. Catalog prices are per unit for the blank or color-blocked garment, Ex-Factory. Shipping is quoted separately based on weight, volume and the method you choose: Express by Air, Cargo by Air or By Sea.

Express by Air suits urgent and smaller orders. Cargo by Air is a middle ground for mid-size runs. By Sea has the lowest freight cost for bulk orders but takes longest. We quote the options side by side so you can choose.

Both. Under EXW Sialkot your forwarder collects the goods at our factory and takes over from there. Under FOB we clear the goods for export and hand them over at the named point: FOB Sialkot (Sialkot International Airport) for air freight, or FOB Karachi (Karachi port) for sea freight.

Yes. Split deliveries are allowed: one order can ship in more than one shipment, or go to several addresses. Tell us the split in the order notes. Cartons are marked per destination and each shipment is quoted on its own.

Custom goods are made to your order and cannot be returned for change of mind. If a piece has a manufacturing defect, tell us within 14 days with photos and we replace it or credit you.

Everything except the raw material is made in house. Fabric is knitted and dyed by partner mills. Embroidery digitizing, pattern making, cutting, printing, sublimation, embroidery, sewing, QC and packing happen under one roof in our own factory, which has made teamwear since 2011.

ISO 9001:2015, OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 and WRAP, and the factory is amfori BSCI audited. We are also registered with the FBR and the SCCI, our local chamber of commerce.
