Teams buy from people they know: the local team dealer, the print shop down the road, the brand they already wear. We would rather make those businesses stronger than compete with them. So we don't quote clubs, schools or players, we keep our name off your product, and our five price tiers leave room for your resale margin. If a team writes to us directly, we point it back to a reseller.

What we make in house, and what comes from partner mills
The catalog runs to 299 styles across 12 sports: game uniforms, jerseys, shorts and pants, warm-ups, fleece, polos, socks and bags. Every style is made to order from 12 pieces, so there is no stock blank to sell out. Take a style as it is, or change the fabric, fit, trims and labels through our custom uniforms program.
We make everything except the raw material. Under our roof: embroidery digitizing, pattern making and grading, cutting, sublimation printing and heat pressing, screen printing, embroidery, tackle twill, DTF transfers, sewing, trims, labels, QC and packing. Knitting and dyeing are bought in from partner mills, and we don't claim otherwise. That has one practical effect for you: a fabric developed to your own spec needs research with the mill before sampling can start, so raise a new knit, weight or finish early. Who runs Empire Five
Empire Five was founded by Saqib Ali, Usman Ahmed and Hamid Ali. Your account manager works with the floor directly, so answers on fabric, decoration and changes come from the people making your order, not from a sales office relaying messages.
Certifications and garment inspection
The factory holds ISO 9001:2015, OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 and WRAP certification, is amfori BSCI audited, and is registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and the local chamber of commerce (SCCI). What each one covers, and how to check it, is on our certifications page.
Panels, prints and seams are checked in line, and every order passes a final inspection to AQL 2.5 (major 2.5, minor 4.0) before packing. The checkpoints and what counts as a defect are explained under garment inspection and quality control.
Visit or audit the factory
You are welcome to send your own auditor, or the third-party inspection company you already use, before or during production. To plan a visit, contact sales with your dates and the orders you want to see on the floor.

From artwork to dispatch
How an order moves through the floor
- 01BriefSend a tech pack, a sketch or a garment to match. We confirm the design, colors and sizes with you in writing.
- 02Pattern and sampleWe grade the pattern and make one sample at the 12–50 price plus its decoration. The sample cost is credited to your bulk invoice.
- 03ApprovalWe send a proof for your approval before bulk production. Fabric, colors and size run are locked to what you sign off.
- 04Cut, decorate, sewProduction runs about 2 weeks after approval. Rush slots depend on factory load, so ask early.
- 05InspectionPieces are measured against the size spec and checked for print, stitch and color before packing.
- 06Pack and dispatchLabeled, bagged and packed by size to your instructions, then sent by Express by Air, Cargo by Air or By Sea.
