These wholesale volleyball jerseys are made for the trade: distributors, decorators, team dealers and private-label brands who sell to clubs and schools. None of it sits on a shelf. Each style is made to order from 12 pieces in your colors and under your label, and the libero contrast is planned into the order before anything is printed.

Match jerseys and uniforms

Warm-ups and team wear

Prices are per unit in USD for the blank or color-blocked garment, Ex-Factory. Decoration (sublimation, print, embroidery and every other method) is quoted per design. Shipping is quoted separately: Express by Air, Cargo by Air or By Sea.

The range covers match jerseys in five sleeve cuts, jersey and short uniform sets, volleyball spandex, a longer men's short, warm-up suits, fleece, team tees, knee pads, socks and bags. Cutting, sewing, decoration and packing happen under one roof, while knitting and dyeing come from partner mills. Production takes about 2 weeks after you approve the proof.

Why volleyball players wear spandex, and the inseams we cut

Indoor volleyball is played low. Passers sit in a deep squat, defenders slide on a knee and hip, and a loose short either catches on the floor or rides up into the way. That is why the women's game settled on spandex: a close short moves with the leg and stays where the player put it.

Our volleyball spandex has a wide, flat waistband that does not roll and a gusseted crotch that stops the short climbing on a dig. The thigh and hip are reinforced, because knee slides wear through there first. Inseams run 2.5 to 5 inches and are graded apart from the jersey, so one roster can mix 2.5, 3 and 5 inch lengths. Knee-length tights are a separate pattern.

Men's teams play in a longer athletic short cut on the men's block. Women's and men's styles come off separate blocks rather than one resized pattern: women's runs XS to 2XL, adult S to 3XL, and youth YXS to YXL on its own pattern. Ask your customer for size and inseam in separate columns on the roster sheet.

Libero jerseys: what the contrasting color means

The libero is the back-row defensive specialist, and the major volleyball rulebooks require that player to wear a jersey that clearly contrasts with the rest of the team, so officials can track the libero's replacements at a glance. Some teams reverse the color scheme, others put the libero in long sleeves, and many do both. We sublimate the libero contrast into the panels before they are sewn, so trim and seams still line up with the team. Number heights, permitted ranges and number-to-jersey contrast differ between rulebooks, so tell us which one your customer plays under and we place the numbers to it on the proof.

Sourcing sublimated volleyball jerseys and adding team logos

Most custom volleyball jerseys are sublimated. Our match jerseys are 180–200 gsm poly-spandex with enough polyester to take dye, so the design, numbers and names print into the fabric and stretch with it. There is no ink film to crack, and one artwork file can carry a club's pattern across the jersey, the short and a polyester warm-up layer.

If your shop decorates, order the jerseys blank in solid colors. A stretch-rated heat transfer or DTF print moves with poly-spandex better than a standard plastisol print. On dark sublimated bodies, use a low-bleed ink, because polyester dye can migrate into light ink during curing.

Cotton-rich hoodies, joggers and sweatpants cannot be sublimated. They take screen print, embroidery, DTF or tackle twill numbers instead, and sewn stripes or contrast panels carry the team's second color without any print at all.

What wholesale volleyball jerseys cost, and how dealers order

Catalog prices are for the blank or color-blocked garment, with no decoration. At current catalog prices a short-sleeve match jersey runs from $12.04 per piece at 12–50 pieces down to $7.96 at 501+, and a jersey and short uniform set from $21.63 to $14.29 per set. Sublimation, printing and embroidery are quoted per design, since the cost depends on the artwork, the number of placements and any names and numbers. Shipping is quoted separately, EXW or FOB, by Express by Air, Cargo by Air or By Sea.

Most volleyball orders reach us through a dealer or decorator, not the club. You collect the roster from the club director, with name, number, jersey size, short size and inseam, and the libero marked, then send it with the artwork. Each colorway is its own style with a 12-piece minimum, and sizes mix freely inside it. We send a proof for your approval before bulk production, and one sample is available at the 12–50 price plus decoration, credited to the bulk order.

Your buyers are club and travel programs with many age-group teams, high school and college programs ordering home and away sets, beach programs that want a separate uniform, and tournament organizers buying staff and event tees. Parent-run team stores sell hoodies, joggers and bags off the same artwork. Clubs add players all season, and reorders have no minimum.

Volleyball FAQ

What trade buyers ask about volleyball uniforms

What is the difference between custom and wholesale volleyball jerseys?

With us they are the same garment. You buy the jersey at a blank wholesale price from 12 pieces per style, then choose whether we decorate it or your shop does. Colors, fabric, fit and label can all follow your spec on any style.

How do you handle the libero jersey on a team order?

Mark the libero on the roster sheet and choose the contrast colors with the main design. We sublimate the libero jersey in those colors before it is sewn, so it still matches the team's trim and fit. When the libero wears the same cut as the team, it counts inside the same style order.

Can we order blank volleyball jerseys and decorate them ourselves?

Yes. Many decorators take jerseys and shorts blank in solid colors and add numbers in house. The poly-spandex has enough polyester to sublimate well. For heat-applied numbers, use a stretch-rated transfer so it moves with the fabric.

Do you make volleyball uniforms in youth sizes?

Yes. Youth runs YXS to YXL on its own pattern rather than a scaled-down adult jersey. Youth, women's and adult sizes can be mixed inside one style order, which suits a club outfitting several age groups in one design.

Can volleyball uniforms carry our own brand?

Yes. We sew in your woven or printed neck label, attach your hang tags and pack each piece or set in a poly bag with your barcode. Uniform sets can be bagged per player with name and number on the bag, which saves your team time sorting a club order.
