Volleyball long-sleeve shirts are the lightest warm layer a player can wear through warm-ups, and they stay on for hitting lines in a cold gym where a hoodie would be too much. Ours have raglan sleeves that leave the shoulder free on an arm swing, and the sleeves can be cut in a contrast color so the shirt ties in with the uniform. Clubs also order them as a fall and winter team-store item.
Choose a polyester body for sublimated designs or a cotton-feel body for screen print and DTF. Long sleeves add a print area down each arm, which suits a club name or a sponsor mark that will not fit on the chest. Order them with our volleyball team shirts (VB-018) and the colors match across both.
Worth knowing: Sleeve prints wrap around a curved surface, so long text down the arm is best kept narrow to avoid distortion near the cuff.

Sublimation suits full designs on a polyester body, while screen print handles sleeve and chest marks in volume. DTF is the choice for detailed crests on small runs.

Yes. The long sleeve gives a print area down each arm. Send the sponsor artwork with the brief and we show the placement on the proof before production. Keep sponsor text short and bold, since the sleeve is a narrow print area.
Yes. They use the same raglan pattern, so a club can stock both in its team store from the same artwork. Each sleeve length is its own style.
Yes. Youth runs YXS to YXL, adult S to 3XL and women's XS to 2XL, all mixable inside one 12-piece style order. Older teens often fit adult sizes better than YXL, so check the chart against the roster.
