Terms of trade for wholesale accounts
The terms of trade that apply to every wholesale account: minimums, prices, payment, approvals, production, freight and defects. Your confirmed quote and invoice set the exact terms for each order.

01Who we sell to
Empire Five Athletics sells to businesses that resell teamwear. By ordering you confirm you are buying for resale or for your business customers. We may decline orders from clubs, teams, schools or individuals.
02Minimums
New orders need at least 12 pieces per style. For socks and knee pads the minimum counts pairs: 12 pairs per style. Reorders of a design we have already produced have no minimum and are billed at the 12–50 price when under 12 pieces.
03Prices and quotes
Prices on this site are per unit in USD for blank or color-blocked garments, Ex-Factory, and may change without notice. Decoration is quoted per design. Your confirmed quote is the price that applies. Shipping is not included and is quoted separately.
04Delivery terms
We sell Ex-Factory (EXW Sialkot), FOB Sialkot (Sialkot International Airport, for air freight) or FOB Karachi (Karachi port, for sea freight). Split deliveries are allowed: one order can ship in more than one shipment or to several addresses. On request we arrange Express by Air, Cargo by Air or By Sea and quote it separately. Risk passes to the buyer as defined by the agreed Incoterm.
05Payment
50% deposit to start production, 50% on completion before dispatch. We accept international wire transfer or letter of credit (l/c). Goods are dispatched once the balance is paid.
06Approval
We send a proof of the design, colors, sizes and decoration before bulk production, and production starts only after you approve it in writing. You are responsible for checking spelling, names, numbers, colors and sizes on the approved proof.
07Inspection
Every order receives a final inspection to AQL 2.5 (major defects 2.5, minor defects 4.0) before packing. You may send your own inspector or a third-party inspection company, arranged with us before dispatch.
08Production time
Production usually takes about 2 weeks after approval and deposit. Times are estimates. Rush requests depend on factory load and are confirmed in writing.
09Color and tolerance
Screen and print colors can differ slightly from PMS references and from screen previews. Garment measurements carry a tolerance of about 1 cm.
10Artwork rights
You confirm you own or are licensed to use every logo, mark and design you send. We do not reproduce third-party trademarks without written permission.
11Defects
Custom goods are made to order and cannot be returned for change of mind. Report manufacturing defects within 14 days of delivery with photos, and we will replace the affected pieces or credit you.
12Samples
A sample is charged at the 12–50 price for that style, plus its decoration. The sample cost is credited to the bulk invoice when you place the order.
