We make custom uniforms for businesses that resell them: team dealers, distributors, decorators, screen printers, promo companies and private label sportswear brands. We do not sell to teams, clubs or schools direct, so your customer stays yours.

Fabric, fit and sizing

Every style starts with the cloth. Pick from our activewear fabric library of 22 knit, woven and bonded fabrics, from micro-mesh for game jerseys to bonded softshell for sideline jackets, or ask for a new weight, composition or color matched to your PMS color codes. Knitting and dyeing run at our partner mills; cutting starts in our factory once you approve the fabric.

The fit is yours to set as well. Use our athletic, regular, relaxed, women's, youth or compression blocks, or send a measurement chart and we handle the custom sizing and grading across your run, youth through 5XL, with larger sizes on request.

Decoration and branded trims

Catalog prices are for blank or color-blocked garments. Sublimation, screen printing, embroidery, tackle twill, DTF transfers, chenille and patches are all applied in house and quoted per design. Compare them on our garment decoration methods page before you pick one for a fabric.

Zipper pullers, drawcord tips, jacquard elastic and buttons can carry your logo from 12 pieces, the same minimum as the garment. See the full list of branded trims. Molded and engraved trims need a mold or die made from your logo first, so the first order takes longer than a reorder.

Labels, packaging and shipping

Your customer sees your brand, never ours: woven or tagless neck labels, care labels written for your market, custom hang tags and labels, your own barcodes and printed poly bags. We pack by size or by ratio and can ship straight to your customer.

Goods leave Ex-Factory or FOB. On request we book Express by Air, Cargo by Air or By Sea; freight is quoted separately and is never part of the garment price.

From proof to bulk production

Every order follows the same cut and sew production path. We confirm the design, colors and sizes with you, then send a proof for your approval before bulk production. If you want to hold the garment first, order clothing samples: 1 piece at the 12–50 price plus decoration, credited to your bulk order. Production takes about 2 weeks after you approve.

Worth knowing: a new pattern, fit block or fabric adds a development step before the proof, and a custom fabric needs research with our mills before we can price it. A catalog style with your colors and decoration is the fastest route.

Fabric development

Need a custom fabric we don't stock?

Tell us the weight, composition, hand feel, color and finish, or send a reference fabric. We research it with our partner mills and come back with options before sampling. A developed fabric has no fixed published minimum; we confirm the quantity when we come back with options.
