01What we collect
The details you enter in our forms: your name, company, email, phone, subject and message, plus any files you email us. We also record the page you arrived from and campaign tags so we know which channels bring trade buyers.
02How we use it
To quote, produce and support your orders, to reply to your questions, and to keep records required for accounting. We do not sell or rent your information.
03Your artwork
Uploaded files are stored privately on our server and are only opened by our team to produce your order. We do not use your artwork for anything else or show it to other customers.
05How long we keep it
Order records and artwork are kept so reorders can be made from the same files. Ask us to delete your data and we will, unless we must keep it for legal or tax reasons.
06Cookies and consent
The site uses cookies needed for forms to work and, where enabled, analytics that measure visits in aggregate. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings at any time, though the enquiry form may not send without the cookies it needs.
07Analytics cookies
When analytics is switched on, we use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages buyers visit, counted in aggregate. No advertising cookies are set and we do not sell the data. Visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland start with analytics cookies off until they press Accept in the cookie bar; elsewhere they are on unless you press Decline. Your choice is saved in your browser and in a cookie named ef_consent for 180 days. Use the Cookie settings link at the bottom of any page to change it.
