Private label
Private label sportswear manufacturer for your brand
Sell private label sportswear under your own name. We cut and sew it to your spec, sew in your labels and pack it with your barcodes. Our name stays off the product and its packaging.

Private label athletic wear under your brand
Our private label program is for brands, distributors and team dealers who want a line that carries their name, not ours. Start from any of the 299 base styles in our wholesale team uniforms catalog and change what you need, or send a design we have never made. Every order is made for you from 12 pieces per style, and each colorway counts as its own style.
As a private label clothing manufacturer, we run cutting, printing, sublimation, embroidery, sewing, labeling, inspection and packing in our own building. Knitting and dyeing come from partner mills. Because your labels go in on our sewing line, nothing is relabeled after the fact.
You can change the fabric, the fit and size run, panel colors, trims and every label. Pick a base cloth from our activewear fabric library or ask us to develop a new one. Decoration is quoted per design, and our guide to garment decoration methods shows which method suits which fabric.
What we fit
Your labels, tags and packaging
Neck labels
Woven or printed neck labels with your logo, size and care text. Printed labels sit flat, which buyers of performance jerseys often prefer.
Hang tags
Your printed hang tags attached to each piece, with your price or barcode stickers if you send them.
Poly bags and barcodes
Each piece folded and bagged, with your barcode or SKU sticker on the bag, packed by size for fast receiving.
Branded trims
Zipper pulls, drawcord tips and waistband elastic with your logo, made at the same 12-piece minimum as the garments.
Every label, tag and bag option, with the artwork each one needs, is on our page for custom hang tags and labels.
Worth knowing: label artwork has to reach us with the order. If labels arrive after cutting starts, we sew a blank neck and the run can't be relabeled later.
OEM sportswear from your tech pack
If you already have a design, send it as a tech pack: flat sketches, measurements per size, fabric, color references, decoration placements and label positions. Our tech pack template lists every field we work from. A reference garment works too. We measure it and confirm the spec back to you in writing.
Fit needs the most care on a new style. We grade your size run from your own measurement chart or from our fit blocks, so read up on custom sizing and grading before you lock the spec. For a new fit or fabric, order clothing samples first: one piece per style at the 12–50 price plus decoration, credited to the bulk invoice.
Worth knowing: a fabric we do not already use has to be developed with a partner mill, so we cannot publish a fixed minimum or lead time for it. Tell us the weight, stretch and hand feel you want and we come back with options.
Start a private label line at 12 pieces per style
Our minimum is 12 pieces per style, and reorders of an approved design have no minimum. That lets you test a new style with one customer, then reorder in whatever quantity sells. Custom labels and trims follow the same 12-piece rule.
Catalog prices are per blank garment in five volume tiers, from 12–50 pieces up to 501 and over, and decoration is quoted per design. Freight is quoted separately, EXW or FOB, and you pay by wire transfer or letter of credit. Our wholesale pricing page shows how the tiers break.

- Approve the proofWe send a proof of the garment, colors, decoration and label placement for your approval before bulk production.

- Production and packingAbout 2 weeks of production, then each piece is labeled, tagged and bagged to your instructions.
Private label vs white label
Private label means the product is developed for you: your fabric, fit, colors and labels, sold only under your brand. In the trade, white label usually means putting your brand on an existing style with fewer changes, often shipped straight to your customer. Both keep our name off the goods.
If you mainly need blind shipping to your own buyers, see how our white label sportswear service handles packing slips and split deliveries. If you are building a brand from scratch, our guide on how to start a sportswear brand sets out the order of decisions, from range plan to first reorder.
FAQ
Private label sportswear questions
Can you match a garment we already sell?
Yes. Send the reference garment or its spec sheet and we measure it, then confirm the measurements and fabric back to you before we quote. If the original fabric is not one we use, we suggest the closest match from our library or develop one with a partner mill.
Do custom labels and tags have their own minimum?
Custom neck labels, hang tags and branded trims start at 12 pieces, the same as the garments. They are made for your order, so the artwork has to reach us with the order.
Will our customers see your factory name anywhere?
No. The product, poly bags and cartons carry only your labels and marks. Customs paperwork still states the country of origin, Pakistan, because the law requires it.
Can you make undecorated blanks under our label?
Yes. We cut and sew to your colors and size run with your labels and no decoration, ready for your own screen printing or embroidery. Tell us the method you plan to use so we can suggest a fabric that takes it well.
Can we send our own inspector before shipment?
Yes. You can send your own auditor or a third-party inspector. Our own final inspection runs at AQL 2.5 (major 2.5, minor 4.0) against the approved proof or sample.
