Our wholesale teamwear pricing runs on five quantity tiers, counted per style, with a low MOQ of 12 pieces. Every catalog price is for the blank or color-blocked garment, made to order. Decoration and shipping are quoted separately.

The rules
Low MOQ: 12 pieces per style
Every garment is cut and sewn to order rather than pulled from stock, which is how a low MOQ clothing manufacturer can start a new style at 12 pieces. The price per piece then steps down at 51, 101, 251 and 501.
What counts as a style
One garment in one design and colorway. Sizes inside it count together, so YS through 3XL all add to the same quantity. A jersey and its matching short are two styles, each priced on its own count. Changing the colorway makes a new style.
Mixed orders
The tier is set per style, not per order. A run of 40 jerseys in mixed sizes sits in the 12–50 tier, and 60 shorts in the same order sit in 51–100.
Reorders with no minimum
Once we have made a design for you, the pattern and artwork are on file. Reorders of that design have no minimum. A reorder under 12 pieces is billed at the 12–50 price; a reorder of 12 or more uses the tier its quantity falls in.
Quote-only styles
A few styles are built entirely to your specification, so they show "Quote on request" instead of a table. Add them to an order and we quote them with the rest.
Where the minimum does not drop
12 pieces is the floor for a new style, and it applies per colorway. Splitting 12 pieces across two colorways makes two styles of 6, which is under the minimum. If you are new to minimums, our guide on MOQ meaning for teamwear walks through how factories set them.

Prices are per unit in USD for the blank or color-blocked garment, Ex-Factory. Decoration (sublimation, print, embroidery and every other method) is quoted per design. Shipping is quoted separately: Express by Air, Cargo by Air or By Sea.
Decoration quoted per design
Sublimation, screen print, high-density print, DTF, heat-transfer stickers, embroidery, chenille, tackle twill, appliqué and every other method are priced per design. Cost depends on logo size, color count, stitch count and placement, so a flat add-on price would be wrong for most artwork. Send the logo with your order and we quote each method you ask about. Embroidered patches, chenille patches and DTF transfers can also be bought on their own, without garments, from 12 pieces per design.
Shipping quoted separately, EXW or FOB
No price on this site includes freight. We sell Ex-Factory (EXW Sialkot), FOB Sialkot for air freight or FOB Karachi for sea freight. If you want us to book it, we quote Express by Air, Cargo by Air or By Sea once your cartons are packed and weighed. The differences between the three are on our air and sea freight page.
Payment by wire or L/C
We take international wire transfer or a letter of credit. Terms are 50% deposit to start production and 50% on completion, before dispatch. We do not accept card payments.

Wholesale minimum order quantity questions
Who can buy from Empire Five?
Businesses that resell teamwear: distributors, decorators and screen printers, team dealers, private-label brands, promotional products companies and retailers. We do not sell direct to clubs, teams, schools or players. If one contacts us, we point them to a dealer or decorator.
What is the minimum order on a new style?
12 pieces per style on a new order, split across any sizes you like. A style is one garment in one design and one colorway, so the same jersey in navy and in red counts as two styles of 12 each.
Does the minimum count pieces, sets or pairs?
It counts the unit the style is sold in. Uniform sets count by the set, so 12 jersey-and-short sets meet the minimum. Socks and knee pads count by the pair, so the minimum is 12 pairs per style. Everything else counts by the piece, and the unit is printed next to every price in the catalog.
Can youth and adult sizes be mixed inside one style?
Yes. Any mix of sizes, youth and adult included, counts toward the same 12 pieces and the same price tier. List the quantity per size for each style when you send the order.
Is there a minimum on reorders?
No. Once we have made a design for you and the artwork is approved and on file, you can reorder any quantity, even a single piece. Reorders under 12 pieces are billed at the 12–50 price. Quote your previous order number so we pull the right artwork and color standards.
How do I add a player after the order has shipped?
Treat it as a reorder. Send the original order number with the player name, number and size, and we make the extra piece or set from the approved artwork on file. A single piece is fine and is billed at the 12–50 price.
How do the price tiers work?
Each style is priced on its own quantity in five tiers: 12–50, 51–100, 101–250, 251–500 and 501+. Mixing sizes inside a style does not change the tier. Different styles in one order are tiered separately.
