Esports apparel is two businesses in one order. The player jersey has to hold up on a broadcast, where glossy fabric and fine detail fall apart under stage lights and stream compression. The merch line has to sell to fans at a price they will pay. We make both from one artwork and color approval, so the jersey on stage and the hoodie in the web store match.

Player jerseys and uniforms

Prices are per unit in USD for the blank or color-blocked garment, Ex-Factory. Decoration (sublimation, print, embroidery and every other method) is quoted per design. Shipping is quoted separately: Express by Air, Cargo by Air or By Sea.

Our buyers are distributors, decorators, team dealers and private-label brands who supply esports organizations, college programs, scholastic leagues and creators. We do not sell to teams direct. Every style below is made to order, not pulled from stock, starting at 12 pieces per style and colorway with no minimum on reorders. Each one can ship blank for your own decoration, decorated by us, or under your private label.

Custom esports jerseys with sublimated sponsor panels

Most custom esports jerseys are fully sublimated. The design, sponsor panels, player names and gamertags are printed into 160–180 gsm matte polyester before the jersey is sewn. The print sits inside the fiber, so a jersey covered edge to edge weighs the same as a plain one and has no surface layer to crack or peel.

Matte is the point of the fabric. A shiny knit reflects a key light straight into the lens, and the chest sponsor washes out in every frame. A matte face holds the color on camera and photographs cleanly for the product shots your customer posts in their store.

Because the panels are printed before assembly, a sponsor change is a reprint of new panels, not a patch over the old logo. We also check the artwork for broadcast problems before a sample is made. Detail finer than about 6mm tends to vanish at stream bitrate, thin high-contrast stripes can strobe on screen, and large pure white areas blow out under stage lighting. Sublimation cannot print white, so white in a design is left as unprinted fabric.

The range covers five jersey cuts: crew neck, V-neck with raglan sponsor panels, long sleeve, quarter zip and sleeveless, plus jersey and pant sets bagged per player. They share one matte fabric, so a roster can mix cuts and still read as one team on stream.

How should an esports jersey fit? Seated cut and sizing

An esports jersey is worn sitting down, arms forward on a desk, for hours at a time. In that position a standard tee rides up at the back and drags the sleeve up the forearm. Our player jerseys are cut on a relaxed block with room through the chest, a longer back rise and sleeves a little longer than a standard tee, so the hem stays behind the chair and the sleeve stays put on camera.

Player jerseys are graded XS to 4XL. Our size charts cover adult tops, a women's block and youth, all measured on the body rather than the garment. Rosters are small, so a sample in two neighboring sizes usually settles the fit for the whole team. If your customer wants the fan version to fit closer than the competition jersey, we cut the merch run on a different block from the same artwork.

How to order esports jerseys: artwork, sizes, minimums and blank prices

Send the style codes, your customer's artwork, a size breakdown and a roster list with names, gamertags and numbers. We confirm the design, colors and sizes with you and send a proof for your approval before bulk production. Production runs about 2 weeks after you approve it.

A new style needs 12 pieces, with sizes mixed inside that 12, and each colorway counts as its own style. A team of five covers it with players, substitutes, coaches and spares, or by adding fan jerseys from the same artwork. Reorders have no minimum: quote the earlier order number and we make one more jersey for a new signing, billed at the 12–50 price.

Listed prices are for the blank or color-blocked garment, in five tiers from 12–50 to 501+ pieces. A crew-neck player jersey is $10.81 blank at 12–50 pieces and $7.13 at 501+. Sublimation, embroidery and every other decoration method are quoted per design. Shipping by Express by Air, Cargo by Air or By Sea is quoted separately, on EXW or FOB terms.

Esports team merch: hoodies, tees, caps and gaming sleeves

For most organizations the merch table outsells the jersey. Pullover and full-zip hoodies, raglan tees, polos, joggers and six-panel caps make up a typical fan drop, all made on the jersey's color approval. The hoodies come in 280 gsm French terry or 380 gsm brushed fleece. Both are cotton-rich, so they take embroidery, screen print or DTF instead of sublimation.

A gaming sleeve is a compression sleeve worn on the mouse arm. It keeps the forearm warm in a venue cooled for a crowd and lets the arm glide over the desk and mouse pad instead of dragging. Ours has a striped cuff and room for a player number, and numbered sleeves sell well as a low-price fan item.

Your customers include college esports programs that need varsity jerseys and a campus store line, high school clubs in scholastic leagues, and semi-pro organizations that fund themselves through merch drops. Tournament and LAN organizers buy staff polos and event tees. Creators order hoodies and caps for their own stores, often under a private label with their branding on the neck label.

Esports FAQ

What trade buyers ask about esports jerseys

Can I re-run a jersey when a team changes sponsors?

Yes. A sponsor change means printing new panels and building new jerseys, not stitching a patch over the old logo. Reorders of an existing jersey have no minimum, so a team can re-run only the players it needs. Send the updated artwork and we send a proof for your approval before production.

Can I sell the merch line under my own brand?

Yes. We make jerseys, hoodies, tees and caps under private label. That means your woven or printed neck label, your hang tags, and poly bags with your barcodes. The finished goods carry your brand, which suits distributors who supply several esports organizations and want one consistent house label across them.

What is the minimum for a team of five players?

A new jersey style needs 12 pieces, with sizes mixed inside that 12. Most teams cover it with players, substitutes, coaches and a few spares, or by adding fan jerseys from the same artwork. After the first order, reorders have no minimum, so adding one new player later is a single piece billed at the 12–50 price.

What does a gaming sleeve do?

It keeps the forearm warm when a venue is air-conditioned for a crowd and gives the arm a smooth surface to slide across the desk and mouse pad. Most players wear one on the mouse arm. Ours is a compression sleeve with a striped cuff and a player number, sold per piece.

How do I measure a player for a gaming sleeve?

Measure around the bicep at its widest point and around the forearm just below the elbow, with the arm relaxed. Send both numbers per player with the roster, and we confirm the sleeve size for each player on the quote. If a player falls between sizes, the smaller size keeps the compression fit.
