Most custom esports jerseys we make start from this crew-neck block: a round neck, a matte face and a cut built for sitting at a desk on camera. The fabric is 160–180 gsm polyester chosen for its finish. Under a studio key light a glossy jersey flares and the sponsor logo turns into a white smear, while a matte face keeps the logo readable in every frame of the broadcast.
The body is relaxed through the chest and longer at the back, with sleeves cut a little longer, because players lean forward with arms on the desk for hours. Sponsor panels, names and gamertags are sublimated before assembly, so a new sponsor means new panels rather than a patch. The jersey is graded XS to 4XL, and your customer can run a closer-fitting fan version from the same artwork.
Worth knowing: Sublimation can't print white ink onto a colored base, so white elements in the design are left as unprinted white fabric, and large white areas can blow out under stage lights.

Fully custom
Full dye sublimation covers the jersey edge to edge, including sponsor panels, without adding weight or a surface layer. It is the only method that makes a short sponsor re-run practical.

Yes. We can cut the competition jersey on our relaxed block and the fan version on a closer block, both from the same artwork and color approval. Each cut counts as its own style, so each needs 12 pieces on the first order.
Yes. ES-002 is a short-sleeve V-neck with raglan contrast panels for sponsor marks, and ES-003 is a long-sleeve V-neck. All three use the same matte fabric and the same seated-fit block, so a roster can mix them without the look changing.
Yes. Names, gamertags and numbers are sublimated into the panels along with the rest of the design. Send a roster list with the order and we confirm each name on the proof before production. Keep the lettering above about 6mm in stroke so it reads on stream.
A crew neck leaves a clean, unbroken chest for a large team crest or a center sponsor, which matters when the camera frames a player from the shoulders up. A V-neck reads a little more athletic and frees the shoulders for raglan sponsor panels. Both use the same fabric and block, so the choice comes down to the artwork layout.
