Every style is cut and sewn to order from 12 pieces, blank or under your own label, for businesses that resell. Before you send

What to put in a wholesale teamwear order

The more of this you include, the fewer questions come back before we can price it. Rough numbers are fine at this stage.

Pick your styles

List each style by name or code from the wholesale team uniforms catalog, or describe the garment if it is not there. Each colorway counts as its own style.

Sizes and quantities

Give a size run per style, for example 4 S, 10 M, 12 L, 6 XL. All sizes of one style add up to its tier. Check fit against our jersey size chart first.

Decoration and branding

Name the method you want, the logo size and placement, and the number of colors. Not sure which method suits the fabric? Say so and we suggest one from our garment decoration methods.

Send and get prices back

Send the form. Artwork, sketches and tech packs can follow by email. You get the blank price per style, the decoration quote and freight options to compare.

How a wholesale teamwear order is priced

Catalog prices cover the blank or color-blocked garment only. The tier is set per style, so 40 jerseys and 60 shorts in the same order are priced at two different tiers. Decoration is quoted per design because cost moves with stitch count, print colors and placement. The full tier table and the rules behind it are on our wholesale pricing page.

One honest caveat: a price you see on a product page is a starting point, not a final quote. Special fabric, extra panels, custom trims or a size outside the standard run can change it, and we tell you which line moved and why.

Reorders, samples and custom styles

Reorders of a design we have already made for you have no minimum. Put your previous order number in the message and we pick up the pattern and artwork on file. A reorder under 12 pieces bills at the 12–50 price.

Want to check fabric, fit and decoration before a full run? Order one of our clothing samples: 1 piece at the 12–50 price plus decoration, credited to your bulk order. For a garment that is not in the catalog, choose "Custom style" as the subject and attach a photo, sketch or tech pack.

Who can place an order

We supply businesses that resell teamwear: distributors, decorators, screen printers, team dealers, private-label brands, promo companies and retailers. Clubs, teams and schools are welcome to wear what we make, but they buy it through a local dealer or decorator.
