A wholesale trade account is for businesses that resell teamwear: distributors, decorators, wholesalers, private-label brands, promo companies and retailers. Apply once and the white-label sales kit link appears on screen and in your inbox; your account manager then confirms your account and pricing.

Who can apply for a wholesale trade account
Any business that buys teamwear to sell on: team dealers, screen printers and embroiderers, promo product companies, sporting goods retailers, regional distributors and brands launching their own label. The volume question on the form has an "Under 500 pieces" option for a reason. A website or resale ID helps us confirm the account, but it is optional on the form. Clubs, teams, schools and individual players cannot open an account. The form declines them, and we point them to a local dealer instead.
White-label line sheets for your customers
The sales kit is a set of printable line sheets covering all 299 styles across 12 sports, with photos, style codes and fabric. It carries no Empire Five name and no prices, so you can add your own logo and price list and hand it to a coach or buyer as your range. Filter by sport, then print or save as PDF. One caveat: the line sheets show the catalog as photographed. Custom fabric, your colors and your decoration are confirmed per order, not on the sheet.
How approval works
Send the form and the sales kit link opens straight away, so you can start showing styles while we review. Your account manager then checks the business details, confirms the account by email and walks through pricing for the styles you expect to sell. New styles start at 12 pieces each, and reorders of approved designs have no minimum.
