Plan your order
Teamwear production calendar and order planner
Use this teamwear production calendar to work back from the date you need goods in hand. The planner counts back through proof approval, about 2 weeks of production and a planning estimate for your shipping method, with factory closures and Eid slowdowns listed beside it.

How to use the teamwear production calendar
Start with the date your customer needs the goods, not the date you plan to order. Pick a shipping method, say whether it is a new design or a reorder, and choose whether you want a physical sample first. The planner counts back through transit, production and approval, adds time when an Eid slowdown falls inside the production window, and gives you an order-by date.
Treat that date as the latest point to send a confirmed order, not a target. Sizes, colors or artwork that change after you approve the proof push every later step back.
Typical production window: about 2 weeks
Production takes about 2 weeks after you approve the proof. That window covers cutting, decoration, sewing, labeling, our AQL 2.5 final inspection and packing, and each stage is described in our cut and sew production overview. It is a typical figure, not a promise. Large runs, fabrics developed with a partner mill and the weeks around Eid can stretch it, and we confirm dates with your quote.
For a new fit or fabric, order a sample before you set the in-hand date. A sample adds its own making and courier time ahead of bulk.
Shipping windows by method
Express by Air is the fastest and costs the most per kilo. Cargo by Air sits between the two for mid-size runs. By Sea has the lowest freight cost per piece on bulk orders but takes the longest. The planner uses a planning estimate for each, and actual transit depends on destination, customs clearance and season.
Freight is quoted separately for each order, EXW Sialkot or FOB, or you collect from the factory. Compare methods on our air and sea freight page.
Worth knowing: the closures list covers public and religious holidays in Pakistan only. Holidays at your end or at the destination port are not included and can hold cartons in customs.
Reorders and mid-season adds
A reorder of an approved design has no minimum and starts from the proof you already approved, so it skips the new-design step in the planner. Our guide to reorders and mid-season adds covers topping up sizes and adding players during a season. When your dates work, start your order and put your in-hand date in the message.
