Reorders and mid-season adds without a minimum

A dealer's season rarely ends with the first order: a late player signs, a coach wants five more hoodies, a size runs out. A reorder with no minimum covers all three. This guide explains how no-minimum reorders work at our factory, how to keep color and fit matching the first run, and how to time adds around Eid closures.

01How a no-minimum reorder works

New styles start at 12 pieces per style, with each colorway counted as its own style and sizes mixed freely. Once a style has been produced, reorders of that style have no minimum. You can order a single piece if that is what the roster needs.

Quote the previous order number on the reorder. That ties it to the approved pattern, size spec, fabric, decoration and labels from the original run, so we can go straight to production without a new sample.

  • Reorders under 12 pieces are billed at the 12–50 tier price.
  • Reorders of 51 pieces or more move into the matching volume tier on our wholesale pricing table.
  • Decoration on the reorder is quoted per design, as on the first order.

02How to place a reorder, step by step

A reorder goes through the same enquiry form as a new order. The difference is what you send with it.

  • Find the previous order number on your invoice or order confirmation.
  • List each style and colorway with quantities by size.
  • Attach the roster spreadsheet if pieces carry names and numbers.
  • Note any change from the first run, however small, such as a new sponsor logo.
  • Say how you want it shipped, or that your forwarder will collect.
  • Send it all through start your order and mark it as a reorder.

03What counts as a reorder and what does not

A reorder is the same style in the same colorway with the same artwork. New player names and numbers on an approved design usually still count as a reorder, because the template does not change; we confirm it on your quote. A new colorway, a new logo, a changed fabric or a new fit is a new style, which brings back the 12-piece minimum and a new design approval.

If you are unsure, send the change before you promise your customer a date. Checking with us first is cheaper than a reprint. The rules behind the first-order minimum are set out in our guide to the MOQ meaning for teamwear.

04Keeping color consistent between runs

Color drift is the most common complaint on reorders. Sublimated garments are printed from your saved artwork file and color profile, so they tend to repeat closely. Solid-dyed fabric is different: knitting and dyeing are done by our partner mills, and each dye lot can vary slightly from the last.

Keep a physical reference from the first run, either a garment or a fabric cutting, and tell us which order to match. For club colors that must match across years, agree a shade standard and tolerance at the start. Color books help you specify a target, but the approved bulk garment is the better reference for a reorder.

05Keeping fit and decoration consistent

Every reorder is cut from the approved pattern and size spec sheet for that style. If you have adjusted fit since the first run, send the change in writing and treat it as a new version, so it does not get mixed with the original.

Artwork stays on file against the order number. That includes logo placement, sizes, thread or ink colors and the name and number font. For names and numbers, send a clean roster spreadsheet with size, name, number and any spelling checks done by the team. Most reorder errors start with a roster typed into an email.

06Lead times for adds

Because a reorder skips sampling, the timeline is production plus shipping. Production takes about 2 weeks after you confirm the order and the deposit is received. Shipping is arranged by Express Air, Cargo Air or Sea on request and quoted separately. For a small add to fill a roster, Express Air is the usual choice.

Rush production is possible on request, depending on factory load at the time. Ask before you commit a date to your customer.

Payment terms on reorders match the first order: 50% deposit to start production and 50% on completion, by international wire or letter of credit. For very small adds, wire fees can be a noticeable share of the invoice, which is one more reason to group fill-ins. If you want an add to go straight to your customer, we can ship it white label with your labels and packaging, the same way as the original run.

07Planning around Eid and other closures

Pakistan observes two Eid holidays each year, and production slows or stops for about a week to two weeks around each one. The dates move about 11 days earlier every year because they follow the lunar calendar. In 2027, Eid al-Fitr is expected around March 10 and Eid al-Adha around May 16, both subject to moon sighting. Ramadan, in the weeks before Eid al-Fitr, usually means shorter working days.

For spring seasons, place adds early enough that production finishes before the Eid al-Fitr break, or plan for them to ship after it. Public holidays such as Independence Day on August 14 also take a working day out of the schedule. Check our production calendar before you quote a delivery date.

08The honest caveat

No-minimum reorders are built for fill-ins, not for replacing a bulk order. A 3-piece add costs more per piece than the original run, and freight on a tiny parcel can cost more than the garments. Where you can, batch several small adds into one order every few weeks. You keep the flexibility and spread the fixed costs.

09Records to keep for every style

A smooth reorder depends on records kept from the first run. We hold the pattern, spec and artwork on file against the order number, but your own folder protects you if staff change on either side or a customer comes back two seasons later.

  • Order number, invoice and the approved proof.
  • One approved garment or a photo of it next to a ruler.
  • The final roster with names, numbers and sizes.
  • Artwork files in vector format, with color references.
  • Notes on anything the customer asked to change next time.

Q&AQuestions buyers ask

Can I change names and numbers on a reorder?

Yes. New names and numbers on an approved design usually count as a reorder, because the template, font and placement stay the same. Send a clean roster spreadsheet with size, name and number for each piece. We confirm on the quote whether the change keeps it a reorder.

Is there really no minimum on reorders?

Yes. Once a style has been produced, you can reorder any quantity, even one piece, by quoting the previous order number. Reorders under 12 pieces are billed at the 12–50 tier price, and decoration is quoted per design. A new colorway, logo or fabric counts as a new style and needs 12 pieces.

Will a reorder match the color of my first order?

Sublimated garments usually repeat closely because they print from the same saved file. Solid-dyed fabric comes from partner mill dye lots that can vary slightly. Send a reference garment or fabric cutting, or name the order to match, and agree a shade tolerance for critical club colors. That gives both sides a clear standard to check against.

How long does a mid-season add take?

A reorder skips sampling, so the timeline is production plus shipping. Production takes about 2 weeks after confirmation and deposit, and shipping time depends on whether you choose Express Air, Cargo Air or Sea. Rush is possible on request, depending on factory load. Production slows around the two Eid holidays, so plan adds around those dates.
