Our wholesale softball jerseys are not stock blanks pulled from a warehouse shelf. Every style is cut and sewn to order from 12 pieces, in the colors, fabric, trims and label you specify, and the price you see is for the blank or color-blocked garment. Sublimation, embroidery, tackle twill, screen print and DTF are quoted per design, so you can price decorated softball uniforms to your own margin.

Game jerseys and uniforms

Prices are per unit in USD for the blank or color-blocked garment, Ex-Factory. Decoration (sublimation, print, embroidery and every other method) is quoted per design. Shipping is quoted separately: Express by Air, Cargo by Air or By Sea.

The range covers game jerseys in six cuts, two uniform sets, three pant styles, game and practice shorts, sliding shorts, fleece, outerwear, socks, visors and bags. All of it is graded on a women's block from the first pattern, with a narrower shoulder, a shorter body rise and more room through the hip than a baseball pattern sized down. That fit is what keeps exchanges off your desk once the roster tries the uniforms on.

Are baseball and softball pants the same?

The construction is the same and the pattern is not. Our softball pants use the 240 gsm double-knit polyester through the seat and knee and the bar-tacked stress points we put in baseball pants, because a slide into second wears a uniform out the same way in both sports. The difference is the block: a softball pant has a different rise, a shaped waist and extra room through the hip and seat, so it does not gap at the back waistband when a player crouches.

Buyers and their customers use a few names for the same family of garments. A full-length pant runs to the shoe. A piped pant is the same full-length cut with a contrast line down the side seam in the team trim color. Knickers stop just below the knee with an elastic or banded hem and show a band of sock. We grade knickers as their own pattern, not a full-length pant cut short, so the knee sits where the shorter length needs it.

Sliding shorts go underneath any of the three. They sit close to the skin and take the friction of a slide, and they are a simple add-on to every pant or knicker order you quote.

Fabric weight and opacity in light-colored softball pants

White and light gray pants are where most softball complaints start. A thin knit in a pale color can show sliding shorts, seams and pocket bags underneath, especially in bright sun or once the fabric is wet. Our 240 gsm double-knit is heavier than a lightweight single-knit, which helps, but no light-colored fabric is fully opaque in every condition.

Two habits prevent most returns. Check the sample in daylight with a sliding short underneath before you approve bulk, and recommend neutral or matching sliding shorts for any white pant roster. Darker pants hide more and wear grass stains better, which is worth mentioning to customers choosing a road color.

Should softball pants be tight? Fit options by position

Softball pants should be close through the seat and thigh without pulling across the hip when a player squats. Too loose and the fabric bunches at the knee on a slide; too tight and the seams take the strain while light colors turn sheer. Our women's block runs XS to 2XL, youth is a separate pattern from YXS to YXL, and jerseys, pants and knickers are graded independently, so a player can wear a medium top with a large bottom.

Position changes the preference. Catchers usually want room through the thigh and seat for the crouch and often size up in the pant. Pitchers and middle infielders tend to prefer a closer fit, or knickers that keep fabric off the knee. The reliable way to set a roster breakdown is a size set sent with the decorated sample, so your customer can try sizes before cutting.

Where to source wholesale softball jerseys and sublimated tops

Most softball programs now ask for a sublimated body. Color, side panels, stripes and patterns are dyed into the polyester, so nothing cracks, peels or adds weight in summer heat. Our game jerseys are 140–160 gsm micro-polyester interlock, which takes sublimation edge to edge, and the usual build is a sublimated body with an embroidered or tackle twill chest script. We send a proof for your approval before bulk production, and names and numbers come straight from your roster file.

If your shop decorates in-house, order the same jerseys blank or color-blocked with your neck label, hang tag and barcoded poly bag. We make softball for distributors, team dealers, decorators and private-label brands who supply travel organizations, high school and college programs and rec leagues. We never sell to teams directly, so your accounts stay yours.

Softball FAQ

What trade buyers ask about softball uniforms

How much does a softball uniform cost wholesale?

Blank game jerseys run from $12.35 per piece at 12–50 pieces down to $8.16 at 501+, and a jersey and pant set from $25.86 down to $17.09. Those prices are for the undecorated garment. Decoration is quoted per design and freight is quoted separately, so the final figure depends on the artwork, quantity and shipping method you choose.

Are your blank softball jerseys stock blanks?

No. Every style is made to order from 12 pieces, and each colorway counts as its own style. That is why you can choose the colors, fabric, trims and label instead of picking from what is on a shelf. Production takes about 2 weeks after you approve the proof.

Is your softball uniform a women's pattern or a resized men's one?

A women's block from the start. The shoulder is narrower, the body rise is shorter and there is more room through the hip than on our baseball tops. Resizing a men's pattern gets the chest right and the shoulder wrong, which is the fit complaint softball buyers raise most often.

Do you make fastpitch and slowpitch softball uniforms?

Yes. The jerseys, pants and knickers suit both. Fastpitch travel teams lean toward knickers, racerback tops and sliding shorts, while slowpitch leagues buy more game shorts and crew-neck tops. Uniform rules vary by league, so send your customer's rulebook page and we place numbers and logos to it on the proof.

What decoration do softball programs usually choose?

A sublimated jersey body with an embroidered chest script is the most common request. Screen print and DTF suit cotton-rich tees and hoodies, tackle twill gives a varsity look on warm-ups, and visors are embroidered or screen printed. We also supply every style blank for decorators who work in-house.
