Pack and dispatch
Folded, bagged and packed your way, then collected Ex-Factory, shipped FOB Sialkot (air) or FOB Karachi (sea), or sent by the freight we arrange, including direct to your customer.
Reorders skip ahead: once a design is approved and on file, a reorder goes straight to cutting with no minimum quantity.
Cut and sew manufacturer, from pattern to carton
A cut and sew manufacturer builds the garment from fabric, rather than decorating a ready-made blank. That is how every piece in our catalog is made, even the plain ones: our prices are for blank garments, but each blank is cut and sewn to order from 12 pieces per style, never pulled from stock. It is also why you can change the fit, panels, fabric and trims, not only the print.
Tech pack, proof and sample approval
The brief can be a full tech pack, a sketch, photos or a garment to copy. Our guide on how to make a tech pack shows what to include. We confirm the design, colors and sizes with you, then send a proof for your approval before bulk production. If you want to hold the garment first, our clothing samples are 1 piece at the 12–50 price plus decoration, credited to bulk.
Cutting, sublimation and printing
Once you approve, fabric is spread and cut to your size breakdown, and each bundle is tagged by size and style so it can be tracked through the floor. For sublimated garments the design is printed on transfer paper and heat-pressed into the fabric before the panels are sewn, so the color runs edge to edge across the seams. Screen printing, DTF and most transfers go on after cutting or after sewing, depending on the placement. Every method is done in house; compare them on our garment decoration methods page.
Sewing and finishing
Seams are chosen for the garment: overlock for knit seams, flatlock where a flat seam matters against the skin, coverstitch for hems and bartacks at stress points such as pocket corners and fly openings. Tackle twill numbers and appliqué are stitched down at this stage. Zippers, drawcords, labels and tags are fitted, threads trimmed and pieces pressed.
Inspection and packing
Finished goods get a final inspection to AQL 2.5 (major 2.5, minor 4.0): measured against the spec sheet and checked for print, stitch and color. You receive final photos or video, and your own auditor or a third-party inspector is welcome. Read how our garment inspection works. Pieces are then folded, bagged and packed by size or ratio, with your carton marks.
Production timeline: about 2 weeks after approval
Production takes about 2 weeks from your final approval for a typical order. Time spent on a brief, a new fabric or a fit sample comes before that point. Shipping time is on top and depends on the method you choose: Express by Air, Cargo by Air or By Sea, quoted separately. To plan a season, check our production calendar.
Worth knowing: 2 weeks is typical, not a promise. Large runs, heavy decoration or a busy factory period can stretch it, and rush orders depend on factory load, so ask before you commit a date to your customer.
