Wholesale teamwear shipping from our factory runs on your terms: EXW Sialkot, FOB Sialkot (air) or FOB Karachi (sea), or we book Express by Air, Cargo by Air or By Sea and quote it once your cartons are packed and weighed. Garment prices on this site are Ex-Factory and never include freight. The right method comes down to your in-hand date, carton volume and freight budget.

Delivery terms
EXW or FOB: where our responsibility ends
Ex-Factory (EXW Sialkot)
You or your forwarder collect the cartons at our factory. You arrange export clearance, freight and import. Use it if you already have a forwarder in Pakistan.
FOB Sialkot (air) or FOB Karachi (sea)
We clear export and hand the goods to your nominated carrier at Sialkot International Airport for air freight, or at Karachi port for sea freight. From that point freight, insurance and import are yours.

Prefer we book it? We quote Express by Air, Cargo by Air or By Sea for your order and send it to you. Freight is invoiced separately from the garments.

Transit time and freight cost depend on destination, weight, carton volume and season. We quote each order; we do not publish rates.
Air or sea: which method fits your order
Start from the date the goods must be in your hands, then work back. Production takes about 2 weeks after you approve the proof, and freight time is added on top of that. Our production calendar shows how the order timeline fits together.
Express by Air
A courier collects at the factory and delivers to the address you give, with customs clearance handled inside the courier network. It suits samples, small reorders and runs that are already tight on time. It costs the most per kilo, and a bulky order of fleece or jackets gets expensive quickly because courier pricing counts volume as well as weight.
Cargo by Air
Air freight to an airport near you, where your customs broker clears the goods and arranges the last leg. It sits between courier and sea on both cost and speed, and fits a mid-size production run with a fixed event or season start. You need a broker or forwarder at the destination.
By Sea
Ocean freight, shared container (LCL) or full container (FCL). It is the lowest freight cost per piece for bulk and replenishment stock, and the slowest of the three. Port handling at both ends adds time, so sea works best for planned stock rather than a deadline order.
Honest caveat: the cheapest method on paper is not always cheapest landed. A small sea shipment still carries port and handling charges at both ends, which can make Cargo by Air the better buy for a few cartons. For a longer comparison, read our guide to air freight vs sea freight for apparel.
How wholesale teamwear shipping is quoted
Freight is never built into a garment price. Once your order is packed, we send carton count, dimensions and gross weight, then quote the method or methods you ask for. You can compare all three on the same order before you choose. The garment side of the invoice follows our wholesale pricing tiers, and freight appears as its own line.
Documents we provide
Commercial invoice with HS codes and fiber content, packing list by carton, certificate of origin through the Sialkot Chamber of Commerce, and the airway bill or bill of lading when we book the freight. Ask for test reports with your order if your market needs them.
Split deliveries
Yes, split deliveries are allowed. One order can ship in more than one shipment, or go to several addresses. Tell us in the order notes. Cartons are marked per destination and each shipment is quoted on its own.
