Questions about Softball Quarter-Zips

Is the quarter-zip graded on the women's block?

Our softball range is graded on a women's block, and that includes warm-ups as well as game wear. If your customer wants a looser fit for layering over a jersey, confirm it with a size set before you lock the breakdown.

Embroidery or print?

Embroidery for a compact left-chest logo, and heat transfer, DTF or screen print for sleeves and the back. On a polyester build, sublimation can color whole panels without adding weight to the garment.

Quarter-zip or hoodie for pitchers?

The quarter-zip keeps the throwing arm warm without a hood bunching at the neck, and it zips open to vent between warm-up throws. A hoodie is warmer but bulkier, so many programs buy the quarter-zip for pitchers and hoodies for the rest of the roster.
