If your customer's identity is a big chest script, the crew neck softball jersey gives it the most room. With no collar points or placket, the whole front panel is clear from shoulder seam to shoulder seam. Rec leagues and younger travel teams like it because it is simple to wear and simple to decorate, and it suits slowpitch programs that want a clean modern top.
Sleeves are raglan, so a contrast or sublimated sleeve runs as one shape from neck to cuff. The body is 140–160 gsm micro-polyester interlock on a women's block, which keeps the shoulder narrow and the hip comfortable. For your decorators, the flat open front is the easiest jersey in the range to hoop for embroidery or press for a transfer.
Worth knowing: A crew neck sits closer to the throat than a V-neck, so some players find it warmer in hot climates; offer the V-neck as the summer alternative.
