Softball Team Shirts overview

Softball team shirts go into nearly every order, from practice gear to tournament tees and fundraiser runs. Players wear them to practice, on the bus and under a hoodie on cold mornings. Ours have raglan sleeves, which give a contrast-sleeve option and move freely through throwing and hitting drills, and they are a dependable volume line for your accounts.

Choose the base by decoration. A polyester tee sublimates edge to edge and dries quickly after a humid practice, which makes it the usual choice for softball practice shirts. A cotton-rich tee takes screen print and DTF cleanly and has a softer hand for everyday softball t shirts. Tournament tees with dates and sponsor lists usually go on cotton-rich stock through screen print.

Worth knowing: Cotton-rich tees cannot be sublimated, and dyed polyester can bleed into some plastisol inks, so match the ink system to the fabric.

Questions about Softball Team Shirts

Can I order tees blank for my print shop?

Yes. We ship them undecorated with your neck label and poly bag, ready for your screens or DTF press. Tell us your ink system and we recommend the fabric that prints cleanly with it.

Polyester or cotton-rich for softball practice shirts?

Polyester for practice, because it dries quickly and takes sublimated color. Cotton-rich for fan shirts and fundraisers, where a soft hand and screen-printed graphics matter more than drying time.

Can tournament shirts carry a long sponsor list?

Yes. Back-of-shirt sponsor and date lists are usually screen printed on cotton-rich tees, where fine text stays sharp. On polyester, sublimation or DTF holds small text better than plastisol.
