These women's volleyball uniforms pair a cap-sleeve jersey with our spandex short, sold as one set. The cap sleeve is a common choice for girls' high school and club teams: it covers the point of the shoulder but stays clear of the arm swing on a serve or an attack. The whole set is graded on the women's block, proportioned for bust, waist and hip, so it fits without the alterations a resized men's pattern needs.
Both pieces are poly-spandex and sublimated from one artwork file. The jersey is 180–200 gsm with real recovery, and the short has the same wide waistband, gusset and thigh reinforcement as our standard match short. A libero version in contrast colors can go into the same order, and inseams can be set per player from 2.5 to 5 inches on the roster sheet.
Worth knowing: This set is graded on the women's block only, so a men's or coed program needs a different jersey cut.

Fully custom
Sublimation is the method of choice, since it adds no weight to a fitted jersey and does not crack when the fabric stretches. Numbers and names go into the same artwork file as the body design.

FAQ
Youth volleyball comes off its own pattern from YXS to YXL. Note the age groups on the brief and we confirm the cap-sleeve cut in youth sizing for your customer. Older players usually move into women's XS or S.
Yes. The cap sleeve volleyball jersey (VB-006) is sold on its own. Teams that already own shorts, or want our contrast-waistband short (VB-009), often order it that way.
A unisex jersey is a men's pattern in smaller sizes, so it runs boxy through the waist and tight at the hip. The women's block is cut for those proportions from the start. Check the women's size chart against the roster before you quote.
