Volleyball uniform sets are the simplest way to sell a club its season kit: one match jersey and one spandex short per player, numbered, bagged together and priced as one unit. Ordering both pieces at once is also the moment to plan the libero. We print the libero jersey in contrast colors from the same artwork, so your customer is not chasing a separate rush order a week before the first tournament.
The jersey is 180–200 gsm poly-spandex that recovers after stretching, so the hem stays where it was set. The short has a wide, flat waistband, a gusseted crotch and reinforcement through the thigh and hip, with the inseam picked per player from 2.5 to 5 inches. Women's and men's sets come off separate blocks, and youth has its own pattern. Prices here are per set, blank, with decoration quoted per design.
Worth knowing: The libero jersey needs its own artwork in the contrast colors, so build it into the order from the start rather than adding it after the proof is approved.

Sublimation is standard for both pieces, printed from one artwork file so the jersey and short match. It keeps the stretch, where a thick print film on spandex can crack.

Send the roster as a spreadsheet with name, number, jersey size, short size and inseam. Each player's jersey and short are bagged together and labeled. The club director can hand them out without sorting a box of loose pieces.
Yes. Our match jerseys come in short-sleeve, long-sleeve, cap-sleeve, sleeveless and racerback cuts, and the women's cap-sleeve uniform (VB-002) is sold as a set in its own right. Each sleeve choice is its own style for the 12-piece minimum.
Yes, when the libero jersey uses the same cut as the team's. The contrast colors sit inside the same style order. If the libero wears long sleeves while the team plays in short, that jersey is a separate style.
