Not every customer wants a hood. Crew neck basketball sweatshirts are what a program wears on travel days, in the stands at a tournament and under a jacket on a cold morning. The crew is also one of the easiest pieces for a booster club to sell to parents, which gives your shop a second sale off the same team artwork. The ribbed collar, cuffs and hem keep the shape tidy after a season of washing.
We offer two fabrics. French terry is the lighter one and suits indoor use and mild winters. Brushed fleece is the warm option, with a raised inner face. The exact weight is confirmed on your quote. Both are cotton-rich blends and take screen print, embroidery and tackle twill cleanly, so the same body works for fan wear and for a varsity-style team issue.
Worth knowing: Brushed fleece has a raised surface, so very fine screen print detail can soften slightly compared with the same art on French terry.

Tackle twill and embroidery give the classic varsity look, and screen print is the volume method for fan orders. DTF covers small runs with detailed logos.

How it works
FAQ
Yes. Blanks in solid team colors are available for decorators, in either fabric. Reorders of the same style and color have no minimum, which helps when a team store sells out of one size.
Both work. Brushed fleece has more body, so it supports heavy twill lettering with less puckering around the edges. French terry is the better base for lighter embroidery and for screen print with fine detail. If your customer wants varsity-style twill across the chest, quote the fleece.
Yes. Youth runs YXS to YXL and adult runs XS to 5XL, and all sizes mix inside one style order. Players, parents and siblings can share the same 12-piece minimum as long as the design and colorway are the same.
