The pullover hoodie is one of the steadiest spirit items in a football account. Players wear it to practice, parents buy it at the booster table, and it keeps selling after the season ends. These football hoodies have the hood lined in the second team color, so your customer gets a two-color look before any logo goes on.
Fabric decides the decoration route. A 280 gsm French terry (80 percent cotton, 20 percent polyester) suits mild weather, and a 380 gsm brushed fleece (65 percent cotton, 35 percent polyester) is the winter weight. Both take embroidery and screen print cleanly. For an all-over sublimated design, ask for a polyester fleece instead. Every version can ship blank to your print shop.
Worth knowing: Cotton-rich fleece will not take sublimation, so a full-color all-over design needs a polyester body.

Fully custom
Embroidery and screen print are the standard routes on cotton-rich fleece, and DTF transfers cover small runs with detailed art. Sublimation only works on a polyester fleece body.

FAQ
The 280 gsm French terry has a looped back and suits early-season practices and mild climates. The 380 gsm brushed fleece is warmer and is the usual pick for late-season sidelines and colder markets. Each weight counts as its own style, so pick one per order and reorders will match.
The lining is cut from a second fleece color you choose, and the drawcord can match either the body or the lining. Send color references for both and we confirm the closest fabric shades on the proof.
We digitize the logo, send the stitch-out for approval and embroider before packing. Puff and flat embroidery are both available. Once a logo is digitized, the file is kept on record, so reorders run without a new setup.
