Team tees are the volume line in a football account: camps, lifting groups, spirit packs and travel days all run on them. These football t-shirts use a raglan sleeve, which moves well in the weight room and gives a two-color look when the sleeve is cut in a contrast color. They are the item that gets youth programs, booster stores and summer camps ordering on the same account.
For decorators, the tee comes blank or finished. Polyester performance fabric takes sublimation and dries fast at camp. A cotton-rich single jersey has a softer hand and takes screen print and DTF cleanly. Tell us the end use and the price your customer needs, and we suggest the fabric that fits.
Worth knowing: Cotton-rich tees shrink slightly more than polyester after the first wash, so size up if the fit is close.

Fully custom
Screen print is the cheapest route for large runs of one design, and DTF suits small add-on orders with full-color art. Sublimation works only on the polyester version.

FAQ
Yes. The raglan sleeve is cut separately, so it can be sewn in a contrast team color. One body and sleeve color pairing counts as one style, so 12 tees in that pairing meet the new-order minimum. Send color references for both colors.
Polyester performance fabric dries faster and takes sublimation, which suits outdoor camps. If the tee will be worn casually after camp, a cotton-rich jersey feels softer and prints cleanly with screen print.
We make printed neck labels and woven labels with your brand. Ask about a printed neck if your customers prefer a tagless tee. Hang tags and barcoded poly bags can be added to the same order.
