For travel days and the walk from the changing room to the warm-up, a rugby full zip hoodie is easier to get on and off over kit than a pullover. This one has side panels in your customer's second color, so the club colors show from any angle before a single logo goes on. It works as a squad layer and a clubhouse layer at once, which is what lets it sell beyond the playing roster.
We build it in cotton-rich french terry or brushed fleece and confirm the choice on your quote. The zip divides the chest, so crests go on the left chest by embroidery and club names across the back by screen print or DTF. Adult and youth sizes can sit in one order for clubs with junior sections.
Worth knowing: A center-chest design has to be split across the zip, so artwork planned for a pullover usually needs reworking for this jacket.

Fully custom
Embroidery on the left chest avoids splitting the crest at the zip, and screen print or DTF suits the back. Sublimation isn't an option on cotton-rich fabric.

Usually not without a change. A center crest that works on the pullover gets split by the zip, so we move it to the left chest and send a proof of the new layout before production.
They can match the colors. Send the PMS references from the match kit and we match the panels as closely as the cotton-rich fabric allows, since cotton and polyester take dye differently.
Yes. The zip tape can be matched to a club color, and a branded zipper pull is available as a custom trim with the same 12-piece minimum as the garment. Send the logo with the brief and it appears on the proof.
