Wind cuts through a knit warm-up on an open field, and a baseball pullover in a light shell stops it without the bulk of fleece. Ours is a half-zip wind shell that packs small for a travel bag and goes on over a jersey or quarter zip. Travel teams use it for road trips and early-season games, and some buyers list it as a baseball warm up jacket.
The shell is a light woven fabric, such as taffeta or ripstop, chosen at the brief. We make it in your customer's colors with a chest mark and back lettering, and it ships with your labels and barcoded poly bags if you sell under your own brand. The half-zip keeps the front panel clean for the team mark.
Worth knowing: Water-resistant coatings can resist ink and transfers, so print adhesion on a coated shell is checked on the sample before you approve bulk.

Treat it as a wind layer, not rainwear. It is a lightweight shell that blocks wind on open fields. If your customer needs a water-resistant finish, ask at the brief and we confirm what fabric and finish we can offer, and how it affects decoration.
Embroidery for a chest logo and heat transfer for numbers or lettering both bond well to shell fabrics. Screen print is fine on an uncoated face. We confirm adhesion on the decorated sample before the bulk run starts.
Yes. It quotes well alongside the quarter zip and joggers as a travel pack. Each style has its own 12-piece minimum on a new order, and reorders of any of them have no minimum.
