Lightweight Wrestling Jackets overview

Tournament gyms get hot by mid-morning, and a heavy warm-up becomes something a wrestler carries rather than wears. Lightweight wrestling jackets keep the team look with less bulk: a full zip, a lighter shell, and a cut that packs into a gear bag without taking half of it. It suits spring and summer events as well as indoor winter tournaments.

Sell it as a second jacket for programs that already own a heavier warm-up, or as the main jacket for warm climates. We make it in team colors, decorate the chest and back, and pack it under your label. It sits on the same color approval as the rest of the wrestling order.

How light is the jacket?

It is lighter than our standard full-zip, WR-015, and packs smaller. Tell us the climate and how your customer uses it at the brief, and we confirm the fabric weight on the sample before bulk, so there are no surprises when the order lands.

Can I order it with matching pants?

Yes. Any of our warm-up pants, WR-018, WR-019 or WR-020, can be made on the same color approval as this jacket. Each style carries its own 12-piece minimum on a new order, and the size breakdowns can differ.

Which decoration suits a lightweight shell?

Screen print and DTF suit a large back name on a light shell. Embroidery works on the chest when the stitch count stays moderate, because heavy stitching can pucker thin fabric. We send a stitch-out proof for approval before bulk.
