Custom wrestling singlets are the garment your customers judge you on, and they judge them at close range. Ours is a one-piece cut in 220–240 gsm poly-spandex with four-way stretch, specified for recovery rather than stretch alone. A singlet that bags at the shoulder after a month of practice comes back to you as a complaint, so how fully the fabric springs back is the first thing we check.
Every seam is flatlocked so nothing ridges against the skin under body weight. Leg openings are cut high and held with a silicone gripper instead of elastic, and the straps are wide and set inward. Your customer's artwork is sublimated into the fiber on the front, back and sides, and the pattern is graded on youth, junior and senior blocks so one order covers the whole roster. The tier price is the blank singlet; sublimation is quoted per design.
Worth knowing: Sublimation can't print white onto a colored base, so any white in the design has to be left as unprinted white fabric.

Fully custom
Sublimation is the only method we run on singlets, because the ink sits inside the fiber and stretches with it. Screen ink and pressed transfers sit on top and crack at the shoulder once the fabric starts working.

FAQ
Yes. We lay out the design to the code your customer competes under, including the limits on manufacturer logo size and placement. School, college and club codes differ and are revised over time, so name the code in your brief and we confirm the layout on the proof before bulk production.
Sublimation prints the full design in one pass, so gradients, textures and multi-color crests run in the same process as a simple stripe. The limit is white: it can't be printed onto a colored base, so white areas are left as unprinted fabric.
Yes. Youth sizes are graded on their own block rather than shrunk from the senior pattern, so strap position and leg opening stay in proportion on a small wrestler. Youth and adult sizes can be mixed inside the 12 pieces of one style.
Yes. Order the singlet with our wrestling compression shirt and compression shorts, all sublimated from the same artwork on the same color approval. Wrestlers in either uniform then read as one team on the mat.
