Wrestling board shorts are what many wrestlers wear when the singlet stays in the bag. This one closes with a lace front, so the wearer sets the waist by hand instead of relying on elastic alone, and it sits looser through the leg than a competition short. It suits open mats, summer camps and the practice room, where a wrestler wants freedom through the hips more than a skin fit.
For your customers it is an easy add-on to a singlet order, made in the same team colors so the program looks consistent. Clubs and academies also sell board shorts at retail, which makes them a good private-label line. Order blank for your decorator or have us brand them before they ship.
Worth knowing: This is a loose practice short, not the fitted short a two-piece competition uniform calls for, so sell it as training wear rather than match uniform.

Board shorts take a leg or hip logo. On polyester fabric we sublimate it; on blends we recommend heat transfer or DTF so the mark stays sharp.

Generally no. Two-piece competition uniforms call for fitted shorts, so board shorts are for practice and open mats. For competition, pair our fight shorts or compression shorts with a compression shirt.
It is one of the easier ones to sell, because wrestlers wear board shorts outside the room too. Under private label your customer gets your neck label, hang tags and barcoded poly bags.
A lace front ties at the center, so the wearer sets the waist by hand and can loosen it after a weigh-in or a big meal at camp. It also gives the classic board short look. If your customer wants a drawcord short for the room, see our wrestling practice shorts (WR-010).
