Most programs buy the away set a season after the home uniform, and the hard part is matching it. We cut these football away jerseys on the same pro-cut pattern as the home set, so every player's size carries straight across, and we work from the home order's color references so trim and numbers read the same.
The usual brief is a white or light body with the home color moved to the numbers, collar and sleeve trim. Construction does not change: 200 to 240 gsm polyester with spandex at the shoulder and side seams, plus an integrated pant with built-in pad pockets. Quote the home order number, or send a jersey from another supplier, and we build the away set from it.
Worth knowing: If the home set came from another factory, an exact shade match is not guaranteed. We match to color codes or a physical jersey you send, and fabric from a different mill can still take color slightly differently.

Fully custom
A light away body suits sublimation, since dark numbers print straight into the fabric. If the home set carries tackle twill numbers, we stitch the away numbers in twill too, so the two sets match on the field.

Usually, yes. Send a physical jersey or its color codes and we match the fabric and number colors. Because fabric from another mill can take color differently, check the decorated sample against the home jersey before you approve bulk.
A dark number on a white body gives the clear contrast the rules look for. We default to 8 inch front and 10 inch back numbers. Send the current rule page if your customer plays under a different set of rules.
Not if the home set was made on our pro-cut pattern. Use the home size breakdown and the away set fits the same way. New players can be added to the run at the same time.
