A football uniform set saves your customer the worst job of preseason: sorting a pile of jerseys and pants into player bundles. We pair each jersey with its pant, apply the name and number from the roster, and bag them per player. The equipment manager opens a carton and hands out bags, and nobody sorts sizes in your warehouse.
The jersey is 200 to 240 gsm polyester with spandex at the shoulder and side seams, and the pant has integrated pad pockets. Send the roster as a spreadsheet with name, number, jersey size and pant size per player. Under your brand, the poly bags carry your barcodes and the neck labels carry your mark.
Worth knowing: Roster errors carry straight into production. A wrong number or size on the spreadsheet means a remake, so check the list before you approve the proof.

Fully custom
Tackle twill reads as traditional on a game jersey, and sublimation keeps weight down; both work on this set. Names and numbers are applied from your roster file at the factory, so nothing is added by hand later.

Prices are per unit in USD for the blank or color-blocked garment, Ex-Factory. Decoration (sublimation, print, embroidery and every other method) is quoted per design. Shipping is quoted separately: Express by Air, Cargo by Air or By Sea.

FAQ
A spreadsheet with one row per player: name, number, jersey size, pant size and position if you want lineman and skill cuts. We check it for duplicate numbers and missing sizes, then you confirm each name and number on the proof before production.
Yes. Each set is built per player, so a large jersey with a medium pant is normal. Put both sizes on the roster line. We grade jersey and pant from separate size charts, so there is no need to round one to match the other.
Quote the original order number with the player's name, number and sizes. A reorder of a set we have already made has no minimum, so one extra set is made on the same pattern and artwork and billed at the 12 to 50 price.
