Baseball uniform sets put the game jersey and the game pant on one line, decorated to a roster and packed player by player. For a dealer that means one approval, one production run and one delivery your customer can hand out at the first practice without sorting sizes. Youth programs and high school team packages are the usual buyers, and both care most that every player gets the right sizes.
The jersey is 140–160 gsm micro-polyester interlock with a long body. The pant is 240 gsm double-knit at the seat and knee, with bar-tacked stress points. Both pieces are matched to the same PMS references in one run, which avoids the shade mismatch you get when tops and bottoms come from different suppliers.
Worth knowing: Sizes are set per player before cutting, so a roster change after production starts becomes a reorder rather than a swap.

Fully custom
Jerseys take embroidery, tackle twill or sublimation, and pants usually stay plain or carry a hip logo. Matching both to one set of PMS references keeps the set consistent.

A roster spreadsheet with each player's name, number, jersey size and pant size, plus the placket style and pant cut you want. We decorate against it and bag each player's set separately. A new set order starts at 12 sets.
Yes. Sizes are listed separately on the roster, so a player can wear a large jersey and a medium pant. That is common across a high school roster, and it is the main reason to order sets from a roster rather than in matched pairs.
Yes. Reorders have no minimum and bill at the 12–50 tier price. Give us the original order number and the new player's details, and we produce from the same patterns, colors and decoration files so the new set matches.
