Baseball pants are where a uniform fails first, and they are the line your customers judge you on by midseason. Every feet-first slide drags the hip and knee across dirt and clay. We build the seat and knee from 240 gsm double-knit polyester, a denser knit that resists the abrasion that wears a single-knit pant through at the hip, and we bar-tack the belt loops, fly and knee instead of back-stitching them.
This is the full-length cut that finishes at the shoe, often called an open-bottom pant. It sits beside our piped pant and our knicker, which use the same double-knit. The waist is belt-loop or elastic, chosen at the brief. Adult sizes run S to 3XL by waist and hip, and youth is graded on its own pattern so the knee lands in the right place on a smaller player.
Worth knowing: Double-knit is heavier than single-knit, so players notice the extra warmth on hot summer days; single-knit is lighter but wears through at the hip far sooner.

Pants are usually left plain or carry a small embroidered or heat-transfer logo on the hip. Leave them blank if your shop adds the hip mark.

Yes, if your customer's budget calls for it. Be clear with them about the trade: single-knit is lighter and costs less, but it abrades through at the hip on sliding players. For a full season of league play, double-knit at the seat and knee is the safer recommendation.
Either, chosen at the brief. Belt loops suit high school and travel programs that wear a team belt, and elastic suits younger players and rec leagues. It is a pattern choice, and the sample comes back with the waist you specify.
White shows clay and grass first, which is why many programs pair white home pants with gray road pants. Double-knit polyester releases dirt better than a cotton blend after a pre-soak. Tell your customers to skip chlorine bleach, which yellows polyester.
Yes. List the pant style against each player on the roster and we produce and bag to it. Each pant style counts as its own line for the 12-piece minimum on a new order, and reorders of either have no minimum.
