Knicker baseball pants stop just below the knee so the sock or stirrup shows, and many buyers search for them simply as baseball knickers. Some programs wear them every game, others save them for a throwback night or a summer league, and both buy by the roster. We do not make a knicker by chopping a full-length pant. It is graded on its own pattern, so the knee and hem land where a knicker needs them.
Sliding does the same damage at any length, so the seat and knee are the same 240 gsm double-knit polyester as our full-length pants, with bar-tacked belt loops and fly. The waist is belt-loop or elastic. Sell them with our stirrup socks, knitted with striped tops in your customer's colors, and the traditional look comes from one order and one color approval.
Worth knowing: Knicker length is graded to a standard knee position, so a very tall player in a given size may see the hem sit higher on the calf; a size set catches this before bulk.

Knickers are usually plain or carry a small hip logo by embroidery or heat transfer. Keep decoration small so it does not compete with the sock stripe below the hem.

A shortened pant keeps the proportions of the long pattern, so the knee and hem end up in the wrong place. A knicker graded on its own block puts both where the shorter length needs them, which is what your customers notice when the team lines up.
Stirrup socks are the traditional pairing. Ours have a striped top knitted in your colors and sell by the pair. Order them in the same run and we match the stripe colors to the uniform, so the band below the knee ties in.
Yes. Put the pant style against each player on the roster spreadsheet and we bag to it. Each style counts toward its own 12-piece minimum on a new order, and reorders of either style have no minimum.
