Baseball pants with piping are the quickest way to make a plain pant look like part of a matched uniform, and piped pants are a regular request from high school and travel programs. A narrow line of contrast fabric is set into the outside leg seam in the same color as the jersey trim. Ours run on a relaxed cut, roomier through the thigh than our full-length pant.
The build matches our other game pants. The seat and knee are 240 gsm double-knit polyester, stress points are bar-tacked, and the waist is belt-loop or elastic. Because the piping color is a pattern instruction, a program with home and away uniforms in different colors can run two piping colors on the same pant block.
Worth knowing: Piping is sewn into the seam during construction, so it cannot be added to pants already made or changed by a decorator afterward.

Fully custom
The piping does the color work, so most programs leave the pant plain or add a small embroidered hip logo. Heat transfer suits a hip number if the league asks for one.

The cut and the trim. This pant is relaxed through the thigh and carries side piping, while the full-length pant is a straighter cut that finishes at the shoe. Both use 240 gsm double-knit at the seat and knee with bar-tacked stress points, so durability is the same.
Yes. Send PMS references for the jersey trim and we match the piping to them. If we also make the jersey, we cut both from the same color brief so the collar, placket piping and pant piping line up.
Yes. They ship with the piping sewn in and no other decoration, with your waist label and poly bag if you want private label. Your shop can then add hip logos or numbers by heat transfer or embroidery.
