Flag Football Uniform Sets overview

League directors do not want to sort jerseys and shorts by size the week before opening day. Flag football uniform sets fix that: one game jersey and one game short per player, numbered to the roster and bagged together. Your customer opens a carton, reads the bag label and hands each player a bag, and you are not breaking down a bulk order in your warehouse.

The jersey is our 140 gsm polyester game jersey with a hem above the belt; the short has no pockets or belt loops. Sizes run 5U to adult, and a player's jersey and short sizes can differ inside one set. Sets are the simplest way to sell youth and custom uniforms to multi-division leagues, and they sit alongside the rest of our flag football uniforms.

FAQ

Questions about Flag Football Uniform Sets

How should I send the roster?

A spreadsheet with one row per player: number, jersey size, short size, division and name if needed. We check it for duplicate numbers and missing sizes, then you confirm each line on the proof before production.

Can a set mix youth and adult sizes?

Yes. Each set is built per player, so a youth jersey with an adult short is fine. Put both sizes on the roster line and check them against the jersey size chart and the bottoms chart.

Does the 12 minimum count sets or pieces?

Sets. Twelve sets of one design and colorway make a valid new order, with sizes mixed inside it. Reorders for late players have no minimum.

Can the bags carry my barcodes?

Yes. We apply your barcode labels and hang tags to each poly bag, so sets can go straight into your stock system or out to the league. Nothing on the bag names our factory.
