These crew-neck flag football jerseys are the core of most league orders and the piece the rest of the uniform is matched to. The hem finishes above the flag belt, which is what flag league rules ask for, so players are not sent back to tuck in before the snap. The body is cut close through the chest and waist, because a loose jersey hands a defender fabric to grab instead of the flag.
The fabric is 140 gsm polyester, sublimated edge to edge, so a busy design weighs the same as a plain one. Youth and adult are separate patterns from 5U up, which lets a league dress every division from one artwork file and lets you run the whole league as one account. Worth knowing: Sublimation cannot print white ink, so white numbers on a navy jersey are made by leaving that area unprinted on white fabric.

Fully custom

How it works
FAQ
The no-pocket flag football short (FF-007) is the usual match for 5v5 play. For 7v7, the longer-leg 7v7 short (FF-006) suits the looser 7v7 cut better. Both can be sublimated from the same artwork as the jersey.
It is closer through the body and shorter in the hem than a standard tee, so it stays clear of the belt. Check chest and body length against the jersey size chart before you confirm sizes. If a league wants a looser fit, the hooded 7v7 cut is the alternative.
Yes. One artwork is graded across the youth and adult patterns from 5U to adult. Send the size breakdown per division and we split the order and bag each team separately on request.
Yes. Solid-color blank jerseys take screen print, DTF or heat transfer in your shop. A new order needs 12 pieces per style, and each color counts as its own style.
