Booster clubs and parent groups buy fan jerseys in bulk every fall. They want the team look without a pad-cut garment hanging off them. This football fan jersey drops the spandex inserts and pad allowance of the game jersey and uses a loose, straight polyester body, so a parent can wear their player's name and number in the stands.
For a decorator it is an easy add-on line: the artwork already exists from the game order, and fan sizing runs from youth for younger siblings up through adult. Orders tend to arrive after the first home game, and a reorder of a fan jersey we have already made has no minimum, so you can top up through the season without holding stock.
Worth knowing: Sublimation cannot print white ink, so any white in the design has to be the white of the fabric itself.

Fully custom
Sublimation is the natural fit because it carries the full game design on a polyester body. Screen print and DTF transfers suit simpler designs, or names your shop adds locally.

It is a polyester jersey that takes the same sublimated design, but it is cut loose without the spandex pad inserts. That makes it lighter and cheaper for parents who will never wear pads.
Yes. Send a list of names, numbers and sizes and we apply them to each jersey. Your shop can also order the jerseys with the team design only and add names locally by heat transfer.
A game jersey is cut wide through the shoulder and short in the body to sit over pads, so on a parent it hangs off the shoulders and rides up. The spandex panels also make it cost more. The fan cut fixes both problems.
