A button up baseball jersey is the first style a high school or travel program asks a dealer for, so it anchors most baseball accounts. Ours runs a full-length button placket on 140–160 gsm micro-polyester interlock, a smooth knit that takes an embroidered script, tackle twill numbers or a sublimated sleeve. The placket can be piped in a trim color or left plain, and you choose raglan or set-in sleeves at the brief.
Most resellers buy it blank or color-blocked and finish it in their own shop. Piping, sleeve colors and collar trim are sewn in during production, so your decorator only adds the script and numbers. Adult sizes run S to 3XL on our adult tops chart, and youth is graded on its own pattern rather than scaled down, which keeps the placket in proportion on a small player.
Worth knowing: A script across the chest is split by the button opening, so the lettering has to be laid out to break at the placket. We show the break on the proof before production.

Chest scripts on a button-up are usually embroidered or tackle twill, which read as traditional on a placket front. Sublimation suits sleeves and side panels because the interlock is polyester. Each method is quoted per design.

How it works
FAQ
Yes. We ship it undecorated with your neck label and poly bag, with any piping or sleeve colors already sewn in. Tell us whether your shop runs embroidery, twill or heat transfer and we confirm the fabric face suits it.
Piping is a narrow contrast strip sewn along the placket edge, usually in the same color as the pant piping or jersey trim. It ties the jersey to piped pants without any decoration. It is a construction choice, so it is set at the brief and cannot be added once the jersey is sewn.
Set-in sleeves give the classic look, with a seam across the shoulder. Raglan sleeves run from the collar to the underarm in one piece, which suits a contrast sleeve color or a sublimated sleeve design. Both are sized on the same adult tops chart.
A roster spreadsheet with each player's name, number and size. We decorate to it and bag each jersey per player, so your customer can hand them out straight from the carton. Check the league's number height rule first and include it with the artwork.
