These custom rugby uniforms give your customer one line for the whole match outfit. Each set is a hooped jersey and a match short, made together in the same team colors and bagged per player. The jersey is the contact build: a 280 to 320 gsm tight weave with hoops sewn in as separate panels, a reinforced collar facing and taped seams where the load sits.
We produce against your roster, numbering starters 1 to 15 and replacements from 16 unless the union says otherwise, then bag and label each player's set. Forwards and backs can be split between the tight match cut and the looser club cut in one order. Empire Five has made teamwear since 2011, and for rugby the set format is the simplest way for a dealer to quote and issue a whole squad.
Worth knowing: Match-weight rugby fabric is heavy and warm, so for summer sevens or touch competitions your customers are better served by the lighter sublimated training top.

Fully custom
The hoops are sewn panels and the short is cut in matching colors, so the set needs only a crest and numbers. Crests are embroidered or patched, back numbers go on at your union's height, and a small leg number on the short is optional. Each method is quoted per design.

Yes. Send the roster as a spreadsheet with name, number, size and fit. We number starters 1 to 15 and replacements from 16, then bag and label each set so the club can issue kit without sorting.
A match short in the team colors, cut short in the classic rugby style. If your customer wants the two-tone or striped short instead, quote that style alongside the jersey and we bag the two together per player.
In sets. Twelve jersey-and-short sets is the first order for this style, counted across sizes and fits, and the price on this page is for the full set. The tier is set by the number of sets, so kitting 30 players prices at the 12–50 tier.
