A rugby tour runs on team tees: one for the flight, one for the training session, one for the night out. This rugby t-shirt is built for that kind of use, with raglan sleeves that run the seam to the collar for free arm movement in the gym and on the training field. It carries the club crest and tour details, making it a souvenir as much as a piece of kit.
Tour and event tees often need dates, fixtures or sponsor marks that change every year, which makes them a repeat order for your business. We confirm the single jersey on your quote: cotton-rich for screen print and DTF, or polyester if the design needs sublimation. Adult, women's and youth sizes can share an order.
Worth knowing: A cotton-rich tee won't take sublimation, so all-over prints need the polyester option, which feels less like a classic cotton tee.

Fully custom
Screen print is the go-to for one- to three-color tour designs on cotton-rich jersey, and DTF handles full-color art on short runs. Choose polyester if your customer wants a sublimated all-over design.

Yes. Each year's design is new artwork, and we hold the base tee spec so only the print changes. Send the new file and we send a proof for your approval before production.
Cotton-rich single jersey gives a classic tee hand and takes screen print and DTF cleanly. Polyester suits sublimated designs and dries faster after training. We recommend one based on the artwork and confirm the weight on your quote.
The sleeve seam runs from the underarm to the collar, so there is no shoulder seam across the top of the arm. That gives free movement for passing drills and gym work, and it leaves a clean shoulder for a sleeve print.
