Coaches split the roster into two colors at nearly every practice, and reversible hockey jerseys do it with one garment. Each side carries its own color, so a player flips the jersey inside out to change teams. For your customer that is one practice set to buy, store and wash rather than two, and for you it is a simple style to quote for an association running several age groups.
It is sublimated rather than twilled, which keeps it lighter than a game sweater and cheaper to replace when a skate blade cuts it. Numbers and a crest can be printed on both faces. Sizing follows the pads underneath, with youth, junior and senior on separate blocks, so ask your customer what their players wear before you place the order.
Worth knowing: Sublimation cannot print white ink, so any white on the design is the fabric showing through, and that limits light-color artwork on a dark face.

One reversible covers both colors in a scrimmage, so the program buys, stores and washes half as many jerseys. It also stops players arriving with the wrong practice color, and for you it is one style to quote and restock instead of two.
Usually both faces carry the same number, but different numbers can be set per side if your customer needs it. Note it on the roster and we show both faces on the proof before production.
Yes, in two solid colors with no print. Any decoration you add later has to work on both faces, so most decorators finish blank reversibles with heat-transfer numbers on each side rather than stitching.
