Sideline Capes overview

On a November night, players come off the field and pull a sideline cape on over their pads. It is a long hooded cover, cut wide enough through the shoulder to clear shoulder pads, so nobody has to take equipment off to stay warm between series. For a dealer it is a high-ticket item that programs buy once and keep for several seasons.

We build capes in your customer's team colors with their mark on the back or chest. Length, lining and decoration vary so much between programs that capes are quoted to the specification rather than from a fixed price table. Send the colors, logo placement and quantities, and we price it from there.

Questions about Sideline Capes

Why is there no price table for capes?

Length, lining, fill and decoration vary widely between programs, so we quote each cape order to its specification. Send the details and we return a costed quote. Once a cape is set up, reorders run on the same specification with no minimum.

Will it fit over shoulder pads?

Yes. It is cut to go on over the full uniform and pads, with room through the shoulder. One size usually covers most players, but tell us if your customer has a lot of large linemen.

Can the cape carry a player number?

Yes. A number on the back or sleeve helps equipment managers track capes. Send the roster and we apply them by embroidery or appliqué. Numbered capes are easier to collect and count at the end of a game.
