Practice jerseys wear out faster than anything else a program buys, because players hit in them four or five days a week. That makes them a repeat order for your accounts. These football practice jerseys keep the over-pad cut of the game jersey in a lighter fabric, so they fit the same pads while costing less to replace.
Numbers are sublimated into the fabric, so there is no edge for a pad or a hand to catch and peel. Many programs order two colors to split offense and defense, plus a third for scout team, and some youth leagues use them as the main team jersey. Ordering on the same brief as the game uniform keeps colors consistent across both.
Worth knowing: The lighter fabric trades some abrasion resistance for cost, so linemen will wear through practice jerseys faster than skill players.

Yes. Each color counts as its own style for the 12 piece minimum on a new order. Many programs run one color for offense and another for defense. Reorders of any color you have already made carry no minimum.
Yes. Youth sizes run on their own pattern rather than a shrunk adult block, so the shoulder width suits youth pads. Put youth and adult sizes on separate lines of the size breakdown, and send the pad make and model if the program has it.
