Soccer Training Quarter-Zips overview

A loose top comes off after the warm-up; a fitted soccer training quarter zip stays on for the whole session. It is cut close to the body with a quarter-length zip at the neck and thumbholes at the cuff, so the sleeves stay down over the hands on cold mornings. Players work through drills without stopping to change layers.

It is a different garment from our soccer quarter-zip warm-up top, which is cut looser to go over the match shirt. Make that distinction clear to your customers so the right one lands in the order. A crest and initials go on the chest, and the fitted cut is graded in adult and youth sizes, up to YXL for academies kitting younger players in the senior squad's top.

How is the training quarter-zip different from the warm-up quarter-zip?

Fit. This one is cut close to the body and worn through training. The warm-up quarter-zip is looser, with side panels, and goes over the match shirt before a game. Many clubs order both in the same colors.

Can a crest be embroidered on a fitted quarter-zip?

Yes. Embroidery is the most common choice for a crest here. We digitize your logo in house and send a stitch-out proof for approval, and thin performance knits get a backing behind dense stitching.

What fabric is the training quarter-zip made from?

A stretch performance knit, so the fitted cut moves with the player through drills. Weight and blend are confirmed on the quote, based on the climate and how the top will be decorated.
